The place is quite spacious with 2 floors. On the 1st floor there is 1 room, on the 2nd floor there are 4 rooms.The only facilities are a TV and a swimming pool.Maybe karaoke facilities could be added and more bathrooms could use water heaters.

Staying 1 night here with friends was quite satisfying💯 we came with around 20 people including small children too.In the Cempaka villa area there are 3 villas, 2 villas for a capacity of 4-6 people and 1 villa for a capacity of 20-30 people. So, we rented a large villa. Our goal is to rent a villa here so that it will be busy, not just us. Ehh, it turns out that only our villa was rented, the other 2 villas were empty.If you order one large villa, you won't share the swimming pool with others. Got the field too.Then rent here, we will take a catering package. Wow, the food is really delicious and the portions are huge. Get 2x lunch and breakfast (for the next day).There is 1 room on the ground floor, and 4 rooms on the top floor. The plus point is that we can see the garden! And not too close to the main road. Then here, it turns out that it is near tourist attractions such as the devil's house, nature image bath, deer park and tea garden. But my friends and I only visited the house of Satanists.The minus is that the cooking utensils are not complete. There is no Teflon for grilling and meat clamps. There are only pots and pans. So we had the BBQ on the stove 🥲 The cutlery was quite complete, lots of plates and spoons. Oh yes, there is also a chimney here, but unfortunately there is no firewood available. And also the speakers had to be rented again for 250 thousand, so I brought speakers from home😂FYI, on the second floor, the floor is made of wood, so if there are people walking or running, it will be noisy on the first floor.The most exciting thing is the air! It's really cold, you have to bring socks and a jacket!

Comfortable villa with a beautiful tea garden view. The air is cool and fresh. Comfortable rooms, suitable for family or office events. There are 3 rooms that can accommodate many people. A mattress is provided for each person. There is room for group events too. There are 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor, 1 on the ground floor, and outside there are also a row of bathrooms.There is a large and comfortable swimming pool.The road to the bus loading location only has a few potholes. Close to the tourist locations of the house of devil worshipers, wayang windu, nimo, and situ cileunca. Highly recommend.

The view is good, but unfortunately the villa is a bit dirty, the bathroom is a bit smelly + the water is very small, there is only 1 TV on the top floor, the carpets are also dirty as if they haven't been maintained. After that, there were lots of flies 😭 this is the most annoying one
