There's lots of water... the camping location is nice... info yes, overnight parking for 1 car is 100 RUB, just a visit per person is 20 RUB, entrance ticket per person is 35 RUB including soaking in a warm water pool... #yesterday BW was a group of 69 people for camping #keep it clean the bathroom, Krena, Brother, SDH, clean it too #mushola is available

Stayed here because it was too late and ran out of accommodation elsewhere.Expensive rates, price 1 million/night with basic facilities.The worst thing was that the water was completely dead from early morning until morning, asked the manager, he said he had run out of electricity tokens, he was confused, he couldn't go to the toilet, he couldn't do ablution, all the water in the area was dead. The manager cannot be contacted, reporting to the guard is also not very helpful.It was very disappointing, even when I wanted to pray at dawn there was no water, and when I wanted to defecate there was no water.There is no manager on standby, only a night watchman. It's really serious..

On Sundays, if you stay here, the price is 750 haha, so pricey. Prices and facilities are far from relevant. Breakfast wasn't done yet at 8 so I ended up looking for something to eat outside. The bathroom is at the same level as a jasmine hotel, hahaha. It's too much to rely on the view, if you come here it's more worth camping. But it's still a bit better, read the previous review, there was someone who got a rate of 1.2 million, no hot water and breakfast with fried egg nasgor hahaha, 1.2 million is actually a 5 star hotel😂January 7, 2024

The resort is nice & nice, just needs a little polishing. It's definitely cooler.In the room there are only a few hangers for clothes, the same in the bathroom if you could provide soap for bathing.There are also those who are practicing war, so it's a bit noisy & scary, delicious haha

Came here because I had to, it was already late at night and couldn't get to the hotel because it was full everywhere, charged 1.2 million/night is expensive because the facilities are not very good :( . There is no hot water in the room, the bathroom smells of urine, don't you clean it first?, the pillowcases are dirty, the electricity keeps snapping, the plug for the charger is far from the bed, there is no table next to the bed so I wanted to put everything away, there were no clothes hangers & cupboards, oh yes, when I wanted to have breakfast, the delivery took a really long time at 10 before I was delivered FRIED RICE + CEPLOK EGGS, there were no DRINK. I paid 1.2 million, it's not free, it's not really that bad okayThose who want to come here should think twice, don't just look at the front but look at the facilities and services too.

First time staying here, check in 16 September 2023 check out 17 September 2023- It seems there is no receptionist, because we reported checking in in front of Aurora Coffee, who were immediately given the room key- In the room, there is a mattress measuring 120 x 200 (it looks like it's not 160), an electric kettle, 2 bottles of 600ml Aqua, table tissue and extras, as well as extra toilet tissue- there are 2 pillows, 2 bolsters, 2 small pillows, and 1 blanket- the condition of the rooms is clean, and there is a terrace area covered with synthetic grass- bathroom conditions are clean, and water heater is available- only 1 electrical socket, above the bed, so it's best to bring a cable extension- The room price includes breakfast, which is delivered to the room around 07.30. Breakfast is nasgor (grade C because it has no taste IMHO), fried egg, fried chicken and crackers (all of these are delicious)- spacious parking- there is a large (really) hot spring pool in the complex- roadside location- close to the white crater and ranca upas- The minus on my visit was that there was no lodging staff around to ensure the comfort of visitors and guests staying.On the day I stayed, it turned out that there was a group of Nissan Datsun owners who were also staying there, it was very busy, and they were holding an event (previously in the hall of the accommodation complex), and at 22.00 the event moved to the grass area in front of the rooms, with loud speakers installed. once with the sound of house music, and continuing until 00.00 (time to rest, right???).FYI my room is just next door and opposite the speaker. Auto interrupted!The reservation number on the order sheet also couldn't be contacted, so my husband had to walk to the receptionist (Aurora Coffee) and there was no one there, and there was only 1 man who was sweeping. A complaint was made, and about 30 minutes later the music was lowered but it still disturbed people's rest and people's intention to heal on the weekend.At around 01.00 the music stopped completely (perhaps you knew it or complained about it from fellow event participants) and continued again at 7 o'clock the next morning hahahahahhaa.....I paid for this, it's not free, the intention was to heal but I was nervous hahahaha....For participants or music sound installers with speakers staying at Awana Resort Ciwiday from 16 September 2023, who may read this review, please sharpen your tolerance. If you want to act like you did, make sure you book the whole area so you don't disturb other people :)Greetings of tolerance from room number 1!
