We did reserved 2 rooms, 2 days before arriving. When we arrived at check in time at 2 pm the rooms was not ready. They told us they will be prepered in 30 min. After 1 hour still nothing was prepared. I contacted the staff who was already gone 1 hour before. We get the message, sorry there is a ceremony. I ask for a solution, staff told me no worry bro. At 4 pm still no one arrived we left to find another place. At 7 pm at night I get the message the rooms are finished. This place no one really care.

Best guesthouse to stay in Cenningan! Everything is perfect: the room is super comfortable, the location is ideal and the owners are absolutely adorable.I've already been here twice and I'll definitely come back. Thank you Agus & his family ๐

The staff are really friendly and made us feel very welcome here. The rooms are very clean and beds were really comfortable too. Very peaceful and quiet here secluded away from the more busy areas. Had the most beautiful time here and wish to visit again! OM ๐
