We arrived with high expectations because of the good reviews. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our journey from Bali and onward journey to Lombok was organized very well. Everything was great with the day trip to Nusa Penida and the organization of the scooters! The location is beautiful by the sea and at low tide the algae farms are exposed. Great sunsets in the evening. Beaches but not really close.But: There doesn't seem to be anyone in the complex who pays attention to aesthetics and cleanliness. The facility is run down. The bed wasn't cleaned for months: thick layer of dust! The air conditioning, at least in our cabin, was so loud that it disturbed our sleep. The refrigerator smelled of mildew and mold. The tablecloth at breakfast was totally stained and dirty. Only after a complaint was this replaced with place mats, which weren't really clean either. Lack of cleanliness significantly detracted from a positive experience. If possible it would have been 2.5 stars.

An extremely good service. The host is so incredibly nice and helpful. My girlfriend was sick and help was offered from all sides!I definitely recommend this accommodation!Thank you for letting us stay with you.

We spent 5 nights in this accommodation. Breakfast every morning was simple but good. Well located accommodation with restaurants not far away on foot. Very warm welcome from Agus and his sister who responded to all our needs with great kindness 🙏

Very good experience staying with my partner in this hotel. Agus and his sister are exceptional hosts, they helped us with everything, they even took us to the port to return to Bali. They also have motorcycles to rent there, everything is very convenient. The cabins are very cozy and clean. Very good and economical breakfasts. I would repeat if I return to Nusa Ceningan.
