HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS PLACE!! Worst experience and most disgusting room I’ve had in many months of travelling Asia. Not only did they charge extra since we booked online without an explanation but the staff was also very rude. The room was nothing like in the pictures, wayyyy worse. It was extremely smelly and the sheets looked like they had never been washed. I’ve never had such a bad experience with accommodation.

HORRIBLE!! This was the worst room I’ve had in all of Asia. The staff was super disrespectful, charging us extra for the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen. They were not there when we arrived, after half an hour of waiting all they cared about was more money from us. I think more rats live in it than people as there was a large rat tunnel in the wall. The sheets have not been cleaned in ages and the room stunk extremely bad. The room was so so gross, we left and I would recommend you do the same! AVOID! Nothing like the online pictures and creepy staff. Bad bad experience

DO NOT STAY (If you book online you have to pay extra at the front counter) I have been traveling Asia for 9 months and this has been by far the worst room I have ever seen. Front desk wasn’t even around, we waited for 30min till they showed up, and when they arrived they were rude.Pictures are not accurate at all. Room was disgusting and nothing worked, there was a rat hole in the wall, beds smelt and haven’t been washed.I would put negative stars if I could.

The hotel was dirty, the shower tap did not work, it was full of mosquitoes, there was food in the bed and there was an unsafe atmosphere. It is called “female guesthouse” but there were men working there who were not friendly. One man was very pushy about paying extra money. I left and as a woman alone I would not spend the night here.

The worst hotel of our life, after the usual scam defused by raising my voice and a lot of apologies, the room was practically Mark Renton's famous bathroom in Trainspotting!

It was definitely the worst experience of my life, I'm sorry I can't publish the review without adding any stars because it was truly at the limits of dignity. My boyfriend and I decided to book in this dump to rest a few hours after having done the night excursion to Bromo and before leaving for the one to Ijen, aware that, given the bargain price, we would have received some ugly sister but we didn't think much. The place is located in a kind of complex that seems uninhabited or occupied, it should be the "exclusively female" dormitory of the OYO chain, when we entered we found a completely ruined environment, sick cats, great dirt. The place was "run" by a boy who took orders from a guy lying on a wooden bench. He looked for the reservation I had made in my name and continued to address only my boyfriend. He then also asked us for additional money, telling us through the Indonesian translator since he wasn't ableto formulate not even a "Hi", that we should have given him more money in addition to that already paid on the app (Agoda, with which I have always had a great experience) because they collaborated with OYO. A sort of lace basically. Following our furious reaction, they take us into a room that is a whole program: air conditioner that seems on the verge of collapsing, sheets stained with liquid that looks like blood, stains on the floor, bathroom light switch completely torn off, leaking tap, no water. warm and obviously Wi-Fi. All differently from what was feared by the description of the advert which actually underlined that the ironing was sanitized after each use. We obviously expressed our disappointment at the reception if you can call it that, the guy kept saying through the trad that we were wrong, but on the other hand, they weren't even able to use the Agoda app to show us what services were available they offered. In all of this, I was clearly ignored, not to say mocked, with macho and completely disrespectful attitudes. I beg everyone to stay away from this awful place

very dirty, looks like it hasn't been replaced, towels are still wet😖, bad service, the AC is like a fan, wifi doesn't reach the room. I've booked a room on Agoda but up until here I was still told to pay again
