The 7 of us booked Rose Hill Villa as our place to stay in the Bromo area via Probolinggo.This villa is actually located in a cluster house area, a 2-story house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the top floor has a wooden room with a beautiful view of the hills and corn fields.The place is comfortable and the facilities are complete, we are comfortable and happy. Maybe what could be improved in the bathroom is the hot water, because we were taking turns waiting for the hot water to be ready. Every time 2 people take a shower, after that we wait about 1 hour so it can get hot again. 🤣Oh yes, apart from that, please upgrade the WiFi bandwidth because we are having a bit of difficulty accessing the WiFi signal.Good job!

If you stay overnight for 2 days, all the equipment is not replaced every day. If the facility is priced according to price... but you can't accommodate a large family... because the limit is 7 people.

Well… I was going to just forget about this place!but I really have to fill in a review so that others will be more careful and careful in choosing accommodation before renting!!!First, I arrived at check-in time, the floor was still very wet, like water had been spilled everywhere, it was very wet and the floor was still dirty!!!Second, the employees are not friendly! way of talking! and the service is badI confirm I am a guest!!! pay!! not your friend or acquaintance!! note that.third, the hot water is broken!! can't take a shower!where is it possible in Bromo to shower with cold water!!! And there is no Sinkafell in the bathroom!! How do you wash your face and brush your teeth?Fourth, just look at the balcony, it's really dirty, it's very uncomfortable!!!!because this is a complex/residential area, there are a lot of small children who are very noisy when resting, very uncomfortable!!Fifth, this place is not worthy of being called a VILLA!!! but it's better to call it KOS KOSAN!! Entering the room is very small!!It's so tight between the door and the bed that you can put things in the cupboard!!If you want to charge your cellphone, you have to hang it up too!! seriously!!!!!!!And the last oneWITH THE PRICE OF THIS PLACE 1,650,000 WITH THIS RICH SERVICE IN BROMO YOU CAN GET MUCH BETTER AND MORE!!And I moved to another HOMESTAY, closer to the ticket entrance without paying extra to enter the ticket again, you can get a Homestay price of 250K better than this placeSERIOUSLY, THE PRICES THAT THIS PLACE GIVES ARE VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
