Beautiful room, clean, good atmosphere, has breakfast, view on the 2nd floor, very nice staff, good recommendations, good service, not far from the beach. There's a lot of food. Especially in the evening, there are all along the way. There is a 7-Eleven at the entrance, very convenient. 👌🥰

The room price is not very expensive, the rooms are clean, the parking lot is a bit of a walk, but there is a place for parking. Near the beach, can walk to the beach. Near a convenience store

The experience of paying the full price, the air conditioner was out, the water couldn't be used because the water pump was broken 2/6/24 was the worst stay I've ever stayed in. The employees speak well but We paid the full price. One of the lights broke. In the morning, the power went out in the whole building. It was very hot and the water couldn't be used. This is my first time writing a review because I feel unfair to myself.

A simple, budget friendly utilitarian hotel in one amazing location under the umbrella of Cha Am Beach House, it’s main counterpart hotel. I got a kill er deal on Expedia for one week here and I wasn’t disappointed. The room is practical and economical but well appointed: king bed, balcony with ocean view, free wifi, aircon, TV, fridge, daily room service and replenished toilet paper and waters. Oh and breakfast was included also.I arrived fairly late on the train from Bangkok. There was slim pickings for a Grab so I took a ride with one of the freelancer motorcycle taxis parked outside the station. I arrived at the hotel around 9.45pm and was guided to the main hotel reception across the street. Check in was simple: passport scan, leave 500 baht deposit, and I was in.Spent my first evening strolling along Soi Ruamjit checking out the beachside eatieries. The location of this hotel is second to none. First of all, you have the beach just 50m away and a swathe of nearby eateries along Soi Ruamjit and the beachfrontage. And then of course you have am amazing selection of bars which come to life in the early evening along Soi Bus Station.Breakfast is decent too. You are allocated tickets upon check in and asked what time each day you plan to eat. The breakfast is hosted at Cha Am Beach cafe across the road in Soi Bust Station and again is part of the Cha Am Beach House collective. It opens at 8am and your tickets gets you a choice of 4 meal sets with coffee, tea or orange juice option. There were three Thai options (garlic chicken and rice, basil pork mince and chicken/pork rice soup option) and a basic continental breakfast option. Decent portions and again, amazing outlook since you are just across from the beach. Will definitely stay here again. It’s not really lacking in anything and all with proximity to beach, bars and amazing food there’s no decision to be made. Thanks guys - highly recommended!

I made an online booking, and when I arrived at the accommodation they said there was a problem with my credit card, and they cancelled my booking. I had to pay them cash, then my online payment went through, so I have paid twice. …

Here you get perfectly decent rooms at an acceptable price. The guest house does not have a lift, so it may not be suitable for guests with small children or guests with poor mobility. The place is located in a bar and restaurant street, so some noise must be expected.Motorcycle parking is available in front of the entrance.

Stayed here on two occasions, February and May. Very satisfied, nice slightly hard beds, very good cleaning and friendly staff. The sea 100 meters away, however no beach you can lie on, is only a few hundred meters away.
