As of today May 17 2023. My check in was rejected. The first time I was rejected unilaterally by property. For reasons of not accepting orders via the application. The guard can usually say "the money that has been paid to OYO has not entered our account. So for the past year we have not received orders via the application." It's really strange to leave it like that for a year and Ayeng is still registered on the application. That's all, my advice is don't book here again.

This hotel is a shithole. They do not respect reservations from booking.com. I drove to Probolinggo for over 8 hours, then another half an hour by taxi, and on the spot they told me in broken English that they would not accept me.

Fraud. Don't order via any application that allows online payment. The money cannot be returned, and the room price is not appropriate. Until their location didn't want to accept payment via the application, we were told to order a rate starting from 250 thousand/standard room.Like a warehouse when you enter. As long as the room is good, it's not a problem. But don't accept small money scams.

VERY UNSATISFACTORY!WE BOOK HOTELS THROUGH THE APP.BUT WHEN YOU ARRIVED THE PLACE YOU WERE TOLD TO ADDITIONALLY 70K. BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS ALREADY ENTERED, PEOPLE CAME TO THE PLACE FIRST. THE WAY THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE IN MY ACCOUNT. "HOW SO QUICK CAN YOU GET IT" IF THAT'S THE WAY TO SHOW THE HOTEL ON THE APP, SIR?IT COULD BE SO TRUE.

The facilities in the room are quite complete, it's just that the door doesn't have a lock inside. The bathroom floor is slippery and the service staff is quite poor at communicating. If you order via the application, the price will be adjusted again from the hotel's lowest price @ 150k.
