One of the best budget hotels I have stayed.
Location near main streets, restaurants , dive centres and the harbour . Services of staff are superb. Polite , attentive and hard working. Hotel clean and comfortable . New hotel with great view - top floor restaurant.

An extraordinary experience staying here. Watching the sunset from the top of the hotel. Breakfast can be delivered to the room.

The hotel is quite good. Although our room was small, it had enough to spend a few pleasant days: shower with hot water pressure, air conditioning and SmartTV.The noise from the Staff could be improved, since we were on the ground floor and their cell phones could be heard too much while watching the internet (TikTok or similar) or talking loudly among themselves, sometimes preventing rest.

More appearance than reality!We found Flamingo Ceria while looking for accommodation near the port.It is located right near the harbor and can be reached on foot.Unfortunately, this is the only positive aspect of our stay.The lobby and the rooms are superficially quite nice, but unfortunately very poorly cleaned (see photo under the bed, we even found dusty old slippers from previous guests there). The internet and the television (depending on the internet) worked poorly or not at all.Despite a later check-in from 4 p.m. we had no towels. We were assured that we would get some, although none were available after dinner. When we asked again, we were confirmed that we would still get some. Unfortunately we didn't receive any. The next morning, shortly before check-out, I asked again. Suddenly we got another one, but only one.The breakfast is very sparse and the coffee is not good.Unfortunately I have to write a negative review here.

This hotel has some great aspects of it but there are some negatives that means I probably would look for another hotel if I was staying in this are again.Highlights:- the sunset from the terrace is stunning. You can order a drink and have it whilst watching the water and sunset. This is amazing- the room and the bathrooms were great. The shower is in a separate cubicle so it doesn't get the floor wet, which is an issue with some hotels- room in general was great.Negatives- I did not find the breakfast very appetising. I only went once and only had some toast and juice. I decided to eat somewhere else the next day. They did have lots if rice and noodle dishes but I did not find those appetising.- on our last night, the staff knocked on our door at 10.30 pm to let us know that breakfast would finish at 9.30 am the following day (30 mins earlier). We were awake, so this was strange but okay. We were then also awoken at 7 am by someone else to deliver the same message about the breakfast. This was irritating for us- it would be nice to have a small lamp- WiFi didn't work for most of our stay. We did have a power cut on our second day (which is fine, it happens) and the WiFi worked a bit better after that. But it was not reliable at all- to get to the main street, you have to go through an alleyway that I probably would be uncomfortable walking at night
