Everything is the bestJust want to give advice, minFor breakfast, refill it immediately when it's finished so there's no waiting and someone has to stay at the place to eat so it can be refilled straight away.For everything it's ok

Strategic location. The room is quite clean, the bathroom is clean, the water is okay, enough towels etc. The standard of this budget hotel is very good. The friendliness and responsiveness of the staff is very good. A breakfast of fried rice and bread accompanied by hot coffee is quite special, especially when eaten while enjoying the beauty of the lotus pond and water jasmine with welcoming fish while dancing gracefully, making the cool morning atmosphere even more beautiful.Thank you Hotel Pesona Ciwidey for opening the days of sightseeing in Ciwidey to be so warm.Yes, if there are loud vehicle noises in the morning and motorbikes making a lot of noise, there's a risk of roadside accommodation. We can't avoid it.This afternoon I deliberately took a moment to have lunch at the restaurant, the air was still quite cool.AlhamdulillaHirrobil'alamin.🙏😊💕💕💕

My experience when staying here for 1 dayFrom the start, the security guard was super friendly...helped with directions and when leaving and entering the hotel he was always greeted and encouraged to cross...The reception service is normal... not all debit cards can be done here, asked to check out at 2 pm, because of the traffic jam we arrived at the hotel at 4 pm and when I arrived the room had just been cleaned, aka it wasn't ready, even though I was already late, the room should have been ready. from 2 o'clock, so I had to wait about 15 minutes outside the room first, and yes the room still smelled like a wet floor!!! But its okayFrom the room, this type is a bit expensive in my opinion at a price of 750 thousand but the TV is still an ordinary TV, not a smart TV, there is no AC (but it is cold) the hot water functions well, tea and sugar and a heating kettle are available. NO SANDALS AVAILABLE..There is a swimming pool where the water is quite cold. Coincidentally, you got a room in front of the pool so just splash in..Ready breakfast is available from 6-9 in the morning..it's a buffet, free to take anything but only for 2 people for my room type for 4 people... the food was just delicious but not really delicious (just because of the hunger factor) there was nasgor, flour chicken, chicken porridge, and toast...When we checked out we were pushed away but gently, because yesterday we checked out at 4 pm the next day at 12 pm we were told to check out so we checked out at 1 pm... but the procedure is like that for every hotel... so we didn't stay the full 24 hours...OVERALL THIS HOTEL IS RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO WANT A HOLIDAY IN THE CIWIDEY REGION, THE LOCATION IS REALLY STRATEGIC... and it made our holiday with friends meaningful... thank you for the moment, I give it a rate of 7.8/10

The restaurant is terrible, breakfast hours are written as 7.30-10.00 but I came at 8 and there was only a little left left, so I didn't have the appetite to eat. Complained to the kitchen asking for a refill, only a little refill and only fried egg and fried chicken, others waited 1 hour before the pudding appeared again.There was only 1 tissue provided in the sink and even then it ran out, after you complained it was filled, even though the staff was also there.There is no supervision in the restaurant, who should be able to check the menu or what equipment is out of stock, so you have to wait for a complaint before being given it.The restaurant is terrible.The room was also not soundproof, there was a lot of noise from small children screaming and road noise.

Stayed here on a long weekend, took the standard type for 400k, the room was clean, even though it didn't use AC, the air was already cold... Cm mines didn't get slippers but overall good friendly service

For breakfast, a 5 year old child paying 75,000 for breakfast with fried rice doesn't make sense. Better to have breakfast outside. Restaurant service is not friendly.

Order an economy room without AC, it's not hot, but in my opinion it's not cold either. For those who are used to cold, it might not feel like it's enough.The room is not soundproof, sounds from outside can be heard. So if there is noise outside the room you will be very audiblePlus the location and restaurant

The weekend price of 400k+ is not according to hotel standards, disappointed, the room is stuffy, the bed makes a sound, the mattress is sloppy, there is no AC, the curtains are thin, the sheets are yellow, the bathroom has no exhaust, when you open the room you can smell the smell, the TV is not working properly, please improve the facilities, don't let it disappoint customer, friendly employee service but poor facilities

It's a nice place to try, then ordered the economy room because it was only for a short night but I was really satisfied because it was clean, neat, fragrant, the breakfast was delicious, not just the taste, all the staff did a good job in serving everything, they were polite and very friendly. Strategic location, not far, close to restaurants and minimarkets, not too far from tourist areas. Gaush was hesitant to come here, cheap prices, good service, if there were more than 5 stars, I would give it👍

Book a superior room, it can be on the lower floor facing the swimming pool.The rooms don't have air conditioning but in the late afternoon, it's very cool.There is a small swimming pool for children and games that make children happy and at home.Breakfast is only available fried rice, omelettes, fried chicken, chicken porridge without chicken, jam toast, tea and coffee. But unfortunately the fried rice and porridge were too salty, so I couldn't finish the food. 😌 Breakfast for children under 6 years old is still free, but if you are 6 years old you pay 50 thousand.

This is an honest review as it is, according to what was experienced during my stay on 19-20 July 2024. I complained to the receptionist but they didn't really respond, even no compensation, finally I posted it here.It's true that the initial impression is that this hotel lacks maintenance, but my biggest concern is the LOT OF BEDBUGS/MITES IN GUYS' ROOMS!Not just 1 or 2, on the mattress, blanket and they only appeared at night so it felt like it was morning. They bite on the hands, feet, neck and even back and you can imagine it takes a long time to recover. Even another hotel with around this price is better.It turned out that someone had reviewed the matter of being bitten by mites several months ago, and the same incident happened again, which means no improvement from the hotel side. Just beware guys if you stay in this hotel. Make sure to bring some repellents or just find another hotel better than this. They might say any excuse, but in terms of hospitality this is a big NO for sure.

Just stayed in the Ciwidey area, precisely at the Pesona Hotel. I took an economics class because it was only for 1 night.Even though the hotel rooms are the cheapest economy, the place and rooms + rooms/toilet are clean, there is warm bath water, hot water & mineral water & sweet tea are provided. I think it's comfortable because it's clean. There is a TV even though it's still a tube.To the White Crater tourist spot is quite far, about 20-30 minutes
