The +:- the view is very nice,- the welcome and kindness of the hosts (although the conversation before arrival to find out if they rented scooters was complicated and the host was not very responsive. Fortunately, everything was sorted upon our arrival so don't panic, they rent scooters!)- the cuisine is excellent in the hosts' restaurantTHE - :- slightly dangerous staircase,- really very basic sanitary facilities for the price of the room (feel like being at the campsite)- don't do laundry there! They call on a laundromat. We got it for 483,000 IDR! Big surprise given the prices elsewhere. In addition, an item of underwear was ironed and had a hole in it...

Gorgeous, smaller room than it looks in the photos, but for us it was only a problem because we had a lot of luggage. But for the three of us everything is perfect, the spectacular view and the beach below which has nothing to envy of the most famous ones, but with the advantage that if you're unlucky there are ten of you on the whole beach and if it goes well, it's all yours. The family that runs it is fantastic. I wish you all the luck you deserve!

Yes it had some breathtaking views but other than that it is located on the much secluded part of the island. Also for the price you pay, you don't get a nice comfortable stay with no air conditioning

Could not have asked for a better view!!!! Absolutely stunning. Super friendly service from start to finish. Welcome fruit juice, served with glass straws (nice to see our hosts care about the environment). We were served dinner and breakfast on our private balcony overlooking beautiful sunsets and spectacular sunrises. Rooms and bathroom are simple, comfortable, functional and clean. Hot water in the shower was great. Hardly any other tourist around, such a lovely part of the island.

The service and view is amazing. Good food and a wonderful sunset. We can relax away from all the hustle. Better to carry tooth brut, toothpaste and a mirror. Loved the overall experience would like to go again.

The most incredible, mindblowing place you could possibly stay in, in all of Bali!!!! Manta rays can be spotted whilst having a meal from your very own private cliff side accomodation, whilst you can also walk down your very own private cliff (concrete stairs the whole way) to your own private beautiful white sand beach. You will be greeted by Monkeys 🐒 in the mornings with a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. The host Putu is an absolute legend and his hospitality is the best I've ever experienced!!The services here are incredible and although you may feel like your living on the edge of the world 🌎 you will have everything you could possibly need. This is a place you have to experience to only feel what it's like to be truly touched by how magnificent Nusa Penida really is!! 10/10

I planned a trip to Bali .I stumbled around this place. Since I was looking for orignal balian style home.i was lucky enough to find this place. Insanely stunning view day and night .humbled locals .everything I needed was there .the owner Mr.Putu (orignal Balian) was so helpful picked me up from the harbor, set me up in the place ,provided me with a motor bike 🏍. Suggested place's to visit for picture,swimming, drone points. Breakfast was on my schedule so flexible. Local family resturant 2 minutes walk .1 day tour was done by the owner him self and it did not disappoint. It worth every penny. I wish I stayed there longer but will definitely come back soonPros.1- price is amazing2- location is away from the crowded areas3-view from the balcony is golden4- service is incredible5- food amazingCons1- the road might be tough a bit ( its an island) , but it's worth it 👌Happy customerBassam .M

We stayed here just for a night. There are extremeties to this place. On one hand the views are breathtaking & the hosts are gracious and very welcoming. On the other hand, the tree house is rickety. My husband got hurt as one of the stair to the room broke as he stepped on it.Yes, we agree it was a good experience spending a night here watching stars, enjoying the cool sea breeze and the sound of crashing waves in silence and a beautiful sunrise the following morning. But we think our decision to stay here just for 1 night was correct.

OverpricedIt was the most expensive accommodation on our trip (more expensive than some luxury villas we stayed at) and it was disappointing and very much overpriced.The house is located in the far end of the island, one hour away from everything and although they provide, motorbikes both bikes they gave us were not in a good shape: no brakes and no lights which made it dangerous to go back safely to the villa at night.The cabanna is right on the cliff with an amazing view but there is so much air during all day and night that you can feel the movement and hear the cabana cracking the whole night. It was impossible for us to access to the beach nearby due to the high tide during our 3 days.Putu, the person that in charge of the place, was super nice: he brought breakfast every morning, helped us get taxis and gave us good snorkeling recommendations .We payed more than €300 for 3 nights and we felt robbed for the price we payed and the accommodation we got. At first we thought it was owned by locals so we had no problem paying overprice in order to help their business; but we then discovered it is owned by a french person and we felt like being robbed for the price we payed and the accommodation we got.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and I must say, this is the Airbnb with the best view that we have stayed in Bali! Plus Putu is very kind and a great host! Highly recommend the food that they prepare for you as well, it's delicious!

A place that won't let you go so quickly! We extended it twice. The tree houses and the complex are very well maintained and clean. Putu and Made, the hosts, are absolutely accommodating and funny and the food is excellent! We had the best time here on Nusa Penida. The bay is breathtaking, rarely visited and you can enjoy the best view from the tree house. The descent is safe and one of the less strenuous. I would recommend going swimming at high tide. At low tide you have more of a uniquely beautiful and untouched beach, but you should watch out for rocks when entering and exiting the water!

Been 2 times to Nusa and this by far the best place you can go, chill and enjoy the views. Putu is really nice host, the tree houses are superb, clean, hot water etc. The food they make for you is phenomenal as well, loved the Mie Goreng!
