We loved this beautiful hotel the rooms were really lovely all wood all the details beautifully done and a killer view. The second best hotel room I have ever stayed in! Our favourite stay in Bali. Service was really great very friendly and a high staff to customer ratio. Really nice location on a quiet beach. We ate at the hotel for most of our meals and was pretty good for small island food. Really great value as well. Would recommend great relaxing few days. Hotel will only get better as more facilities are added but great right now!

Our stay was serene, comfortable, restful and classy. Everything was so pretty. Now yes you'll need enough days if you want to drive to different beaches and do certain things. You'll need to get a driver to take you to the diff beaches and well this resort is beautiful but again the rest of the island and roads are rough and bumpy and still in the works and in progress still a lot of work to do and because of streets take a while to travel by car etc to locations. But they have beautiful sightings. We got a driver we did the snorkeling tour 4 locations first day and second day saw Diamond beach,,klingking beach,broken beach,angel bilabong and ended swimming at crystal bay beach, we did it But this was close call didn't get to go down the bike trail to the Klungking so would recommend one extra day at least also we didn't have time to do cave temple. Again because you do have to travel far out and go back to resort. But the sleep was amazing. The hospitality was amazing. All the staff was great. The drivers, escorts, security, cleaner, The manager pak putra was amazing so attentive and helpful wow! Jesika and Wina are the sweetest and also so kind and attentive !!! Loved them all and the view and sound of the waves at night . There are some cows tied up I didn't like that I want those cows free ranging and free in a nice green foliage and grassy area please make a beautiful and Lucious area for the animals it's important . Top place, I needed to disconnect from everything so decided to spend few days in Semaya, that ocean views from the room I really will missed, so comfortable and peaceful, the magical sunrise.The room super elegant design with detailsI fall in love with the views from the bathtubStaff on point and helpfulHighly recommend Dinner there for couples, such a romantic place.During the day u can spend time in the pool at the beach club, having some food and drinksSo surprised with the quality of the music soundThey also have SpaAs I said Top Gem place, cant wait to be back, Thanks so much

I would recommend 100% « Kris » who helps us a lot during our stay and always available to make our stay confortable. ||Concerning the food I would say that except the breakfast that is very good with fresh product the rest could be better. ||The service is very good and they make all to have a nice stay.

First of all, I have to say that I rarely give reviews. In this case, I feel compelled to say something. The hotel doesn't really correspond to the impressions you get from the pictures.Many buildings are half-finished (construction sites) and the beach is practically unusable because you can't swim or walk around in the water due to corals, sharp stones and currents.Unfortunately, the service is not fully developed either. Many employees do not speak English. This makes ordering from room service incredibly difficult. Which brings us to the next part, the food. Unfortunately, the food is, to say the least, a disaster. I have rarely eaten so badly on vacation. Some of the food was inedible (no longer good). In addition, a large number of dishes on the menu were permanently unavailable.Another problem of the hotel is the location. You are forever away from everything and have to either rent a scooter every day or order a driver (expensive).Last but not least, it must also be said that the rooms and the pool are really very nice and some of the employees really do everything they can to make the stay as pleasant as possible. A special thank you goes to Putra, who really made everything possible during our stay!Nevertheless, the hotel falls far short of its own standards, which should be clear to everyone who books here.

Superb stay!We stayed 5 nights and everything was perfect! The staff is kind, which is not the case everywhere.They are helpful and generous, always caring about you.The food is very good and quality.As for the bedroom, the view is magnificent over the sea and the bathroom also opens onto the sea, it is incredible!Comfortable bedding.Everything is very clean, the hotel is very new.I recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing stay.Thanks to Putra and the whole team for their availability and kindness!Nothing to complain about 🤩

They randomly canceled my booking the evening before my stay because they were overbooked without helping me find an alternative. Keep in mind it is high season and there was no other available accommodation.

Super friendly staff. Paradise location, really top notch! I would also like to give a special thanks to Putra who made the stay extra pleasant. Beautiful attractions like Diamond Beach and Tree House are 30m away. The hotel also offers great food and swimming, both at the pool and at the beach adjacent to the hotel. The villas have an indoor - outdoor lifestyle. And the views are to die for. From your bath you can hear and see the beautiful sea. Highly recommended!
