Terrible service, the worst I've ever encountered. First time monthly rentalEveryone must ask about water and electricity bills. Electricity cost as stated by the owner The electricity according to the bill is the electricity according to the meter used. But the contract was delayed, it should have been signed 2-3 days ago. The contract came in almost 10 days. On the bill of electricity, the unit is more expensive than stated. which was not in line with what the owner had first said. Called to talk to the man, his voice sounded displeased. He told me to call and talk to his girlfriend. When talking about what we've seen Did the customer misunderstand? I've just encountered it before. I'm sorry that the way we spoke made the customer not understand. In conclusion, is our way wrong? Typing in a chat with a man is not okay. After all we want justice. We almost didn't get the deposit back if we didn't call to talk. Actually, service is very important. Both men and women should talk to each other. Don't brush off this person and talk to them. Should be greatly improved The customer is not really God. But we are the customers who give you money. But found poor service Not very impressed

Great hotel, nice and quiet, rent a scooter and you can get anywhere. The hotel costs almost nothing and you don't expect anything in return. If you want hustle and bustle this is not the place, you do have to travel if you want to go to certain places but it is worth it. You just have your shops and food. An 8 minute drive and you are in the city, nice markets near the Indy market, I definitely recommend it on Wed Thursday and Friday. Good food and nice music.

This hotel is monthly and daily. Go to stay, the price is not the same, there are small rooms, large rooms. You will have to pay for insurance. and must be in the contract If the contract is not completed insurance will not return You stay on a monthly basis, there will be water, electricity and cleaning fees to be paid. Monthly guests are much cheaper than daily, free coffee, free wifi. I highly recommend it.When we stopped by, the price was set at 8,000 baht per month, but the next day or the day after, I said that we would stay for 1.5 months.As a result, they calculated us 8,000 baht for the monthElectricity: 3000 bahtWater: 200 bahtCleaning: 500 baht (done once a month)AND ATTENTION, for the next 10 days we were charged 650 baht per day. But we also paid 266 baht and paid 1500 baht for electricity for 10 days. They called the police because we argued for a long time, I don’t like it when they try to deceive and make money on you.As a result, the police came and considered everything as I thought, now they write angry letters on WhatsApp. This is the story)

Very pleasant stay in this hotel. The price is right, the room is clean. The sea view is splendid! The coffee is free, just for this last point I highly recommend this place :) Quiet and relaxing place. There is even a small kitchen as well as a laundry service available.

Service was the worst I have ever experienced being in a hotel. Room was good, location was very far out from the shops. The reason I did low stars is the service I experienced, I paid for 1 month but changed my mind a day later, so I should of got my money back and paid for just that day. Instead they didn't return the money and was arguing with me, didn't listen to me whatsoever. Had a huge headache & after hearing other customers didn't receive there deposit after one month of staying I left. They just want your money and the cleaner will clean your room without permission so they'll charge you 500 baht extra each time they clean. This place is a scam. Dont recommend it to anyone to come here

For some reason, all the tenants pay different rents per month, some are charged 8k per month, others 12k. The deposit will also be different, for some 5k, for others 8k, at the end of the month with a huge probability your deposit will not be returned to you, they will count 2 thousand for electricity and 3 thousand for cleaning (each time 500 baht), the cleaning lady can do 2 times clean the room in a week while you are not in the room. The location is so-so, half an hour to the beach, 10 minutes to the town by scooter, you can withdraw with such deposits and pay only a little extra in better places. I strongly advise you not to move here, they will scam you out of money

I don't recommend moving here! They will not return your deposit under the guise of paying for electricity (the tariff will be multiplied by 8) and water without warning in advance; cleaning costs 500 baht at a time. All residents pay different amounts for their accommodation, which was also surprising.....

Upon arriving at Yamin Seaview Hotel at approximately 8:30pm on a Wednesday evening, the hotel was deserted and the front desk was vacant. If not for the music playing in the background, I might have thought that the hotel was no longer operating.After searching for a staff member to no avail, I called the number displayed at the front desk. A lady answered and did not seem to know about my booking, and got a lady (who seemed to be her neighbor living in the adjacent compound) to issue me my room key.The room itself was spacious but the floor was a little dusty. For 22USD/night, one can’t complain about the room, which came at a good value.The next morning when I checked out at 7:20am, there was no one around again. Book at your own caution as you might not encounter a staff member for the entire duration for your stay.
