We stayed there for 5 nights in late June/early July 2024. The best part of the villa is the location. It's surrounded by many nice restaurants and it's not far from central Ubud by car. It's a quiet neighborhood and we liked it with 2 kids. The villa is clean, although the pool is not. Housekeeping tried to clean it but it didn't help much. Also note that there's no onsite manager there, so make sure you contacted them and let them know when you'd arrive for check-in. We didn't and learnt it the hard way. We called the number located on the front door, and waited about 45 mins for the manager to arrive and let us in. I think if we contacted them in advance, it could have been avoided. The villa is fully open, except for the two bedrooms. Therefore there will be bugs everywhere. We didn't mind it at all but wanted to mention it. The air conditioning works well in both bedrooms, and the bathrooms are spacious and equipped with amenities. It would be a much nicer stay if the pool is cleaner.

There were some positive aspects, but the negative aspects were so severe that it became the worst stay.When I arrived at the location, I was unable to contact the hotel, the staff was absent, and I didn't know their contact information, so I was left waiting for an hour without being able to check in. (And that too in the rain.)The car charter staff and neighbors tried their best to find the contact information for the hotel, but they couldn't find it. When I contacted the listed management company, I was told that it had nothing to do with the inn.Someone contacted me and the owner came an hour later without even a single apology.Why is there no phone number or message function on the reservation form or Agoda? How were we supposed to get in touch?It was a terrible check-in, wasted time, and made me feel terrible.What was even worse was that the lock was broken, making it difficult to open and close the door, making it a chore to go out. It took me 5-10 minutes to finally unlock the lock with such a bad key.Also, there were a lot of strange insect eggs laying on the cigarette that I left in the living room.There are good aspects, but the bad aspects were so bad that my memories of Bali were tarnished.

Gorgeous villa. It is the second time we come and, again, it hasn’t disappointed us.Spacious, clean, a remain of tranquility in a lively environment. Great breakfast.Wayan has been a very attentive host, making sure that everything was perfect.We love as well the space around, with lost of restaurants and little shops, making it very easy to go for lunch or dinner.We will certainly come back for a third time.

Located just 3 minutes walking distance from Car drop point.This is one beautiful villa with a personal pool, lots of sitting places to relax and play. It's surrounded by rice fields and has an outer sit out to enjoy the fields view. There are many restuarants nearby. Even the villa cleaner come cook was very nice. Overall it was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The owner is an Australian and he makes sure his guests are well taken care.
