In the afternoon I came together with my friend to the cafe... the view was cool, suitable for relaxing, the toilets were clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming.I ate the Ayam betutu, it tasted delicious, recommended, the fried bananas and the bananas were delicious, sweet and soft, but I think the tofu with salt and chili sauce wasn't spicy enough :)

No wonder the hotel is half empty.The bed and the cleanliness of the room are the only things that are saved.The staff, almost gone. Of the two nights that we have stayed (because we paid in advance, otherwise we will leave the next morning) the moment that I have seen the most people in the hotel was when checking out, to make a face, because the Their own has seemed scarce to them (they deserved me to leave, without giving it away)The only positive thing was the man who came to give us a GREAT MASSAGE.If you are going to stay up late, to go to Bromo, there is no problem, although there are many better options, but if you intend to sleep, bring earplugs and an eye mask, because between the outside light and the noise, it is almost impossible to sleep.

Firstly, the service has changed a lot from 4 years ago when I first came here...I was going to sit in one place but there were still people's leftover food... and I asked for help to clean it... but the depotrek person said there were still people... okay I moved places... after moving places... uh, the place I wanted to sit at was actually cleaned... and what???Then I ordered coffee... because the small coffee cup wasn't clean... I complained to the person again... then they said it would be replaced... instead of replacing it with the same type and size of cup... instead I replaced it with a different cup. big...is it aesthetic...??Then we ordered food.. because we didn't have enough spoons.. we asked the person for another tablespoon.. then a teaspoon came..??I need pie......????How come the service is such a mess today...????

Here the only thing that wins is the natural view, the taste of the food/drinks is really standard. The worst thing is that the service took a really long time, almost 2 hours before it was delivered. The employee has been asked twice and the answer is yes, yes. Employees seem confused when delivering food to the dining table. There are no table numbers so the employee always asks the guests what order this is? That message? Paraahhh.
