The hotel is clean, well maintained, the rooms are cleaned every day, the trash bins are always clean, I know that the bed sheets are replaced with new ones, because my skin is sensitive, it often itches if the bed sheets are not clean but at Mandiri Hotel I don't feel itchy, Mandiri Hotel really maintains cleanliness. I'm comfortable here.The only minus at this hotel is that the parking lot is very narrow.My suggestion: there is 1 more staff member who is employed as a special hotel parking attendant. So you can leave the car keys with the hotel parking attendant. He will arrange if a car wants to leave, if another car is blocking it, so that every time you want to leave the hotel, you have to knock on the car owner's room behind him to put the car in reverse.Maybe it's like your fave hotel, a narrow hotel but employs special staff to arrange parking. So even though it is narrow, it is still comfortable, safe and undisturbed.Apart from that, independent hotels have no minuses. The place is standard like a 2 star hotel in general, suitable for newcomers who want to travel to Kotabaru. Only the noise outside can be heard from inside the room, and the parking lot is also a bit narrow.

The room was clean, the toilet was clean but on the last day of the stay, the drain was clogged, please pay attention to make it comfortable for those staying, for breakfast the yellow rice and bread were delicious..tmksh

Horrible. The AC room goes out every 30 minutes. Call the receptionist and then turn it on. Never mind, it is not recommended, especially room 102, please for those who have it, repair the AC power line first and then rent out the room.

From the front it looks like a shophouse, but on the ground floor it can accommodate several carsFor a fairly comfortable room for resting, we got room 101 on the 2nd floor with 2 beds, 1 king size, 1 single bed.The bathroom inside has hot water facilitiesEvery morning you can have yellow rice for breakfast which is delivered directly to your room.For a fairly cheap priceThe location is very close to the Mosque and the Kotabaru seashore

Not bad for the price of 200,000Got toiletries, but if you can get a rather big towel, this is really small.Keep a blanket if you can, don't have holes in it.Bathroom too small..Pretty clean
