Villa is amazing and equipped with all facilities.But moreover our host is one of the most amazing person i met after longtime.He is lovely and kind,helpful and made our stay memorable.Booked and helped us in all possible way .Being group of girls ,he took care of us like any fatherly figure. Spoilt us with his culinary skills and implacable breakfast which is more like a brunch.Got special cooky as a gift and can make great allo parathas ,and pickle.I would definitely recommend to stay here and enjoy the warmth of this place.NOTE :only two wheeler is allowed in the village,but everything is beautiful to the road to Villa

I only ever post a Google review if something is exceptionally bad or good. In this case, it is most definitely the latter. Nothing but praise for Rodney, the staff and his wonderful villa. The villa is a peaceful gem, decorated with love and care. The beds are comfy and spacious, and the pool an excellent spot to cool off after a day of hiking, cooking or even just getting a massage. Rodney is a great cook (I highly recommend ordering breakfast!) and a charming host who is always up for helping you out, providing recommendations for activities or just a good old chat. Rodney, thanks for a wonderful Ubud experience!

Absolutely delightful! We stayed 4 nights and wished for longer. Place has excellent facilities and possibly the best bed we've ever slept on! The owner was so caring and accommodating too, thanks so much again Rodney!

The villa was lovely and the host went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I was sick while staying there and he brought me medicine, made me some food and continued to check on me. The breakfasts were wonderful and he even made me a cake for my birthday. Also helped me plug into the router by climbing a ladder! Would definitely stay here again. Beautifal rooms and well maintaned.

Everybody loves Rodney! We stayed in the villa for one month and we really miss Rodney and Putu. Villa had everything we needed and most of all we saw that someone has really thinking about us, how to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They had many things for my kids that I even didn’t ask, butmade our stay even better. They make so so good breakfast and they clean the rooms every day. Rodney made a super awesome birthday cake for my daughter and helped us when we needed help of any kind. He really is a superhost(hero)!

Beautiful and well maintained villa. Personal pool to relax in at any time of day. Villa is well furnished to make one's stay comfortable. Owner Mr. Rodney is a friendly and helpful gentleman who really gives everything to make one's stay enjoyable. Do try his homemade breakfast, he is an excellent chef. He also gives excellent suggestions to cover many attractions across Ubud.

The photos doesn't do justice of how beautiful the villa is. And Our host Mr ketut Rodney is as wonderful as the Villa. Once you made booking of the villa, you don't have to worry wherever you are in bali.. he will be in touch with you always and guide and supports you. And you can't miss his Aalu ka paratha and omlette he is an excellent chef.. For all the indians who want to visit ubud, must stay in his Villa. You won't regret.Looking forward to see you soon Mr Ketut Rodney. .

Can we give Pondox Buda FIFTY stars?? We had a fabulous ten days! Gorgeous, idyllic, lush setting. Amazing, made-to-order breakfasts. Excellent advice on local attractions. Airport pick up and delivery. But most of all, the special, personalized care that Rodney and his staff provided at all times. Much love for everything, we can't wait to return! Owner is one of the best people to interact with. He will make you feel homely. Please try breakfast he makes. He is a chef and makes everything tasty. He is an Australian however we requested Indian food and it was made better than how indians would have made. Place has its private pool, rooms are clean and tidy. His dogs are lovely too. They aren't anywhere near your villa to disturb you though.

Rodney is most amazing host you i’ve ever met, he really took care of everything from airport pickup to the last meal before we checked-out. His talent in making food would amaze you, we nearly made him cook every meal for us.. he is so kind and helpful and arranged most of trips to enjoy our honeymoon there.

If I ever make it back to Bali, I will be staying here again. The villa was beautiful and Rodney was the perfect host. When my luggage didn’t arrive, he spent the better part of a day making phone calls to track it down and then drove to Denpasar to retrieve it once it landed. I can’t say enough about the villa or its owner! My advice.... stay at Pondok Buda Villa and add two days to however long you think you want to stay. You’ll be glad you did.

Had an amazing stay and loved meeting Rodney. Best food provided by him. Felt like a very relaxed vacation. Must go when in Ubud. He's so helpful and the villa is beautiful with best amenities.
