This place is so cozy, it felt like home. The pool is also very clean and fun. The Host Kadek was welcoming and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The wall’s painting falls off that makes bad for baby.Because 2 of 4 rooms have very small window, it looks like a jail and smell like mold. It is bad for everyone.We stayed 3 nights, there is no cleaning service.Also the towels are changed only one time.We have reuse again and again.They except only cash. They suddenly want me to give the money, I wasn’t possess that time, i was a little bit upset because we were in the middle of touring.They didn’t mention the check out time at the very first place, so i thought check out time is 12 pm like other hotels inBali but it wasn't. I was told on check out day about check out time, so we have to re schedule with hurry.Last thing. There are so many people in the villa.The paint peels off, which is bad for your child.Two of the four rooms have no windows, so it feels like a prison, and the moldy smell doesn't go away, making my throat hurt and making me feel depressed.I stayed for 3 nights, but they didn't clean it.Towels were changed once during the 3 nights.They only accept cash for accommodation, and I didn't have time to withdraw cash, but they asked me to pay in a hurry, which was embarrassing.They didn't tell me the check-out time in advance, so I thought it was 12 o'clock like other hotels in Bali, but they informed me on the day of check-out, so I had to quickly change my schedule.There are too many ants

My friends and I stayed at Kanda Villa for 4 nights. This place is so cozy, it felt like home. The pool is also very clean and fun. The Host Kadek was welcoming and helpful. He helped us in planning and got us good deals for activities, tours and transport. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Very good villa, quite handy location, easy to reach the centre of Ubud in 10 minutes. The host is very friendly and kind person, they also have their restaurant nearby where you can order a dinner there (name is Kino’s Kitchen). I would reccomend it for a cosy and comfortable stay.
