I would give the room zero stars if there was an option.Definitely not like the photos. Its musty, mouldy and pretty putrid. We checked in, and immediately after seeing the rooms, looked for an alternative for my family and was refused a full refund even though I'd paid moments before. (I received a partial refund)I stupidly paid alot for our "villa" don't make the same mistake, save your money and go elsewhere.

This is a hidden gem in a very good location! It is on the side of a hill so expect to up and down a lot of stairs. The pathway is filled with beautiful flowers and lots of interesting creatures like butterflies roaming around. The VIEW is simply excellent and you can really feel the energy of the Campuhan river and trees. Best morning view ever and they have like a spot where you can just marvel at the wonder of nature. There is a temple across the other side so just don’t be noisy and show respect when staying here. The bathroom and room are basic but the aircon is strong and I had to turn it off one night due to the cool air at night. The shower water pressure is STRONG which I really love. Staff are very kind and helpful, they provided an international adapter for me.I guess the stairs make this place not suitable for everyone especially with disabilities. TV wasn’t working and wifi wasn’t that strong except for the wifi in the restaurant but you shouldn’t be in front of the TV or phone screen anyways.

We booked this place as it was in a good location and a last minute booking at a good price. In short, (this is a throughly detailed, long review!!) you really get what you pay for. I guess our expectations were set way too high as there were many issues with this place:General- this hotel provides the very minimum, so be prepared to bring your own supplies.- tiny water bottles for the whole trip.- only shampoo and body wash for toiletries.- very basic kitchen utensils.Accessibility- this place in no way is wheelchair accessible - there are no lifts and lots of steps to get to some rooms.- The distance between the steps is quite big and could be difficult for people with mobility issues.- No support while walking up and down stairs and I imagine it would be very slippery around the hotel if rain was to occurBedroom- the mattress and pillows are hard and uncomfortable, with quite thin sheets for a blanket.- the tv in our room didn’t work and was very small.- the plug is in very inaccessible position - it is hanged up by the tv and so chairs and long wires were required.- there was an explicit picture frame hanged up on the wall.- the air conditioning on is placed high in the right corner of the room, which lead to an unequal distribution of air con and some feeling too cold and others too hot.Bathroom- the bathroom was the worst room with quite major issues.- the shower has an inadequate drain (although we have noticed a lot places in Bali have this) for the water which leads to a flooding room.- there is a damp and horrible smell constantly in the bathroom (not even deodorant worked for long)- the toilet was stained yellow- hot water tank was so small that it wouldn’t shower 4x 10 minute showeres without getting cold.- there are no shelf’s or place to put any of our own toiletries which is a bit of a hinder.- the pots and pans had lots of mold in them.Other areas- the kitchen is not cut off from the balcony and so there is not door to prevent bugs and insects from entering.- the sofa in the ‘living room’ were incredibly dirtyService- the reception team were very helpful and kind.Hopefully this review is helpful!!

This place was nothing to my expectations. First of all, the floor is very cold and hard, and the walls are stained and scratched. Closet has dust, mould and a faulty door. Bathroom is worse, with a dirty bathtub, a shower with a drain so small it is insufficient to take in any water, which leads to flooding, and a damp smell after. Bugs are all around (cockroaches, geckos, spiders), hazards around the room like sharp corners of the bed frame. The bed’s mattress was extremely hard, and the pillows were of no help. The AC unit did work, and was good at keeping one side of the room with air conditioning but not the other side. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my boyfriend and some friends.Located in the heart of Ubud (10/13 minutes walk from the main street), a set of up and down stairs awaits you to get to your room.It then presents itself well, very humble with a large mosquito net covering the bed. The bathroom does not have mosquito nets, but is still very large and comfortable. Don't expect various courtesy kits, you will only be provided with shampoo and shower gel. Some negative notes are:-the beautiful swimming pool unfortunately only has 4 deckchairs available;-the wifi doesn't work very well and the connection often drops;-breakfast, as well as starting quite late (8 am), is limited. You have a menu and you can choose only one dish per person... a bit reductive for my tastes also because it would be enough to expand the staff and customers could have even more courses available. In general I am satisfied, you live immersed in greenery in a jungle experience.
