We came at this place for last 3 days everything is good however about the AC vent not happy it was too hot the whole night day as the ac could not cool near the bedAlso the place we sat out side the room and when it was sunny tried dropping the flap provided surprisingly it was not working too !!!! Guys lot of maintenance needed !!!Also whoever wants to stay and loves to booze get ur alcohol on the way to the place and then enjoy and pls try and order food way prior so if it gets cancelled u still have time to order again coz the roads gets jammed and delivery partners cancel the order on the last minuteAlso u have a floating breakfast facilities too but it would be chargedOverall the stay and the staff is good

Place is amazing, clean, and welcoming, and lacks on service as is a small boutique villas, but that doesn't affect the amazing place this is, very quiet, safe, book without any concern. U can really relax and have a romantic time here, good for singles too..

First stay in Bali, first place out of four in total.One of the best places to rest.The staff is attentive, punctual and discreet.The villa (small house) is great, spacious, and clean, nicely decorated.Very comfortable bed, air conditioning, sockets everywhere for electronic devices.The bathroom is clean, big, the mirror is low π
I think the Balinese and Indonesians in general are short πThe open-air shower is great!Small outdoor kitchen overlooking a swimming poolThe location of the complex is good, quiet and close to a traditional market and great restaurant (see my other reviews - cookish and puku)20 minutes from Ubud city center for other activities and other restaurantsIdeal for the GETYOURGUIDE excursion because the guides will pick you up from the hotel.The breakfast is great, you have the choice between American, Balinese and European, obviously take the Balinese, very very good!We recommend this placeThanks to the Kampung villa

If you have plan to stay in Ubud then Kampung Villa is the best option for stay. Staff behavior is very good. And also breakfast served by them is too good. property location is also good and it has greenery surrounding the villa.

Itβs a worst place to stay for anyone. The room had lot of insects and mosquitoes and we complained they changed the room to a more worse one. The rooms didnβt have a faucet as well and the furniture is so old. Recommended not to stay in this hotel and the staff is very unprofessional and donβt understand basic English.Recommendation: 0/5

Excellent villa for a memorable and comfortable stay. We stayed here for 3 nights and we had booked 4 villa rooms. The service and staff were excellent. The villa rooms were superb for a stay and all the rooms had a private swimming pool which was also extremely clean. Room and the pool were cleaned daily. Their is an outdoor kitchenette with each villa which is enough to cook in case one prefers with gas and cutlery provided.Breakfast is not like a spread but guests had to choose from 8-9 options that they provide. Its enough for a person and tasty too.We also tried their "floating breakfast" service, a first for us and a very nice experience.Highly recommend this place for a family stay.

Avoid this hotel β οΈ. Stayed in a villa for a night, and unfortunately, it's plagued with issues. There's a significant mosquito problem. Despite multiple attempts to contact reception for assistance, there hasn't been any luck. The entire hotel appears to be undergoing maintenance. Incompetent staff. Really bad experience, please avoid.

For us it was bad experience, room had lot of insects. The room service phone was not working so for every small thing we had to walk to reception even at odd times, they kept on telling we will get it repaired buy no one came. Breakfast was pathetic. They didn't even deliver what they committed to us they said, we forgot!! Unprofessional and untrained staff. Would never visit again.No one even came for room cleaning. Shower is not proper, hot water facility is poor, there is bath tub but without hot water and slow water flow it is of no use. Restaurant is also not there.

Warning! Stay Away from The Kampung Ubud Villa β A Disappointing ExperienceOur stay at The Kampung Ubud Villa was a total letdown. The pictures they showed online were totally different from what we got. The room we got was small and not at all like what we booked.When we complained, the hotel staff didnβt listen and refused to give us our money back. It felt like they were cheating us.If youβre thinking of staying at The Kampung Ubud Villa, think again. Donβt make the same mistake we did. Look for another place to stay where they treat you right. This hotel isnβt worth your time or money. Avoid it if you can.
