The room is good but the facilities are lacking... The hot water doesn't work, it's clean but it smells a bit, the TV only works on one channel. The pool is nice but not clean. The receptionist is not 24 hours a day, in the morning when you ask for breakfast you have to wait first... even though you are already hungry. And breakfast is just fried rice + eggs, no lettuce or anything like that and there's no other menu. It's a loss because I ordered from AP, including breakfast 50 thousand but that's fine... At night I was also looking for it, I don't know who's guarding it... Wait a minute.The location looks like you're entering an alley, it's difficult to park the car. If one car has already entered, you won't be able to park anymore... When you enter, it's also like an alley.

Very friendly hotel, Dhan is great! It is 5 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are OK and the breakfast good.

I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews on Google but our great experience at Norton pushes me to do so.Good value for money. We had what we needed and we were 5 minutes from the beach.Thanks to Dan and Angus for their superb hospitality. They are very kind and very helpful. We had a great time with them and we wish them all the best!!

It's a homestay. Not a hotel if that's what you have in mind. When we arrived, the toilet was still covered in pee splashes from the previous guests. Fortunately, Danny (the owner) immediately cleaned it when we indicated this. The rooms smell musty (just like the bedding) but as a backpacker or traveler on a low budget it is manageable. There is no hot water and a mosque just steps away (literally opposite the homestay). So keep in mind that a prayer can be heard five times a day. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

Not recommendedThe road to the location is still dirt and rocky, the staff is not friendlyThere was no water for defecating and bathing from check-in in the afternoon at 5 to 8 in the morning there was no water, at 9 o'clock there was water, there was no soap & shampoo available, only empty bottles, when it was already 10 pm the garden & swimming pool lights were on turned it off, ordered 3 rooms which were supposed to include breakfast but were not given breakfast for unclear reasonsLast time thereVERY DISAPPOINTED

This a lovely home stay for anyone visiting Lombok. The rooms are nice and clean, the hosts are very friendly and will offer you some of their rice wine 🤟 little Norton is definitely the star of the show!!! 🌟

It's difficult for us to give a rating of 4, let alone 5. 3.5 is probably the best rating we can give. The location is actually quite comfortable for retreat. But it seems we came at the wrong time. So the rocky dirt road that we took to get to the accommodation in the form of dirt became muddy when it rained. We stayed 5 nights there plus took breakfast too. The mattress was pretty clean, but we got wet towels. Hot water is only available from the second night until the morning of the third day. For coffee or tea as well as breakfast we have to order at the reception. Three times we got fried rice. The rest of us left early so we didn't have time for breakfast. Last night the bathroom light was off so we showered using our cell phone flashlights. The reception team actually serves guests in a friendly and good manner. But the condition of the accommodation after the pandemic is possible, so there won't be much maintenance. Hopefully it can be improved again. Thank you brothers at Norton.
