A stunning boutique resort that is very quiet and set in a lovely location...beautiful sunsets looking across ocean to Mount Agung on Bali. Absolutely immaculate gardens and wonderful beach front pool and dining.The staff were outstanding... fun, friendly, helpful and great service.The accommodation is really exceptional, large, very well appointed and well maintained.If you seek a stunning small, private resort and romantic environment...this is perfect (if you want shopping and nightlife this is not the area). Perfect for couples and honeymoons.

Weren’t staying, but ate at the restaurant for my birthday. Sensational! Staff were so helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Accommodated dietary requirements, going out of their way to do so. Food was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful evening

The rooms are smelling bad especially the toilet. The pool was dirty and cold. The staff was calling in the room 9.30 in the morning to make the room and insisted on calling. We had food poisoning in the restaurant of the hotel. Worst experience ever.

The complex consists of around ten exclusive villas, each with its own pool, ensuring maximum relaxation. The restaurant on the beach is particularly noteworthy: it not only offers culinary highlights, but also the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful sunset in a romantic atmosphere. 🌅The villas themselves are generously designed, consisting of a bedroom and living room. The outdoor area with pool is completely private, enhancing the feeling of a personal retreat. Luxurious sun loungers with a table invite you to relax, and the private pool offers a refreshing way to cool off at any time. In the evening, the attentive hotel team prepares the bed, turns it down and lowers the mosquito net - a nice service that rounds off the day perfectly.The bathroom is equipped with everything you need and offers additional comfort as the wardrobe is integrated there, so you have direct access to your things at all times.The team is extremely courteous and helpful, both in service and in organizing excursions. A highlight of our stay was an unforgettable private snorkeling trip to the Gili Islands arranged by the hotel. A transfer service to the ferry is also offered, which makes travel planning much easier.For anyone looking for a quiet and luxurious retreat, we can highly recommend Jeeva Santai Villa.
