Very old and run down most expensive bintang I have ever purchased! Owner is very kind and lovely person!

Bad service when I arrived, there was no staffThe bathroom is very ugly, never cleaned, the shower water can't be used, only the sink can be used

New building, pretty clean. The room key uses a padlock and chain. From the inside we put a wooden doorstop. It's really unique 😂There's just a big gecko on the roof 😢It's really quiet at night but there are guards. There are smart guard dogs too.There's no hot water, so just shower in the afternoon. You can also tube complete TV channels. Android TV. Get a really cheap price and pay directly at the accommodation.

Lovely bungalows, peaceful in the daytime, grocery store within 5 min walk. Even though the pool looks a bit dirty it's still worth taking a swim because of the beautiful environment around.For people who hasn't been in bamboo bungalows before, the walls are very thin and naturally, there's close to none sound isolation, which means you can hear everything happening outside, not just lovely birds, but also you can listen to what people talk about, including intense dogs that make it sound like there's a war going on after midnight. There are also two highly expressive mosques closeby so every night after 4 am it feels like being in the middle of two concerts, and it's almost non stop until 8 am. This is not the hotel's fault and I would still recommend this place to anyone who passes through the area for a day or two. Just make sure you have good quality earplugs if you are not a heavy sleeper. I'm used to dogs, chickens, and mosques after traveling for a while but these were my top worst nights' sleep.In the 3 days I was there, the power went out multiple times, maybe this is a regular Lombok thing but not ideal when ac turns off in the morning when desperately trying to squeeze in some extra sleep.There's also some centimeters opening in the entrance door, but if you don't want people watching you while sleeping, just cover it with a towel.On the day of my checkout they turned off the electricity to my bungalow 10:00 after knocking at my door. I assume they wanted to remind me of checking out (which is at 12:00), but manually turning off the electricity was unnecessary and unprofessional.
