The water smells very bad. The places is cozy but I leaned on the window and fell through to the other side, pushing the entire window out of the home had to wait 2 days to get it fixed. I also was seriously overcharged for utilities. I stayed here for a month in total, my professional opinion rent elsewhere. You will be promised a good deal but for what it is worth there are many other places that are nicer and with a better price point. I payed 1 million idr for for the month for the utilities and had power go off several times because the owner did not recharge the meter. In equilivence I now live in a five bedroom house and pay less than 250,000 idr per month. While the owner was nice the home is not worth the time to rent. Cleaning is supposed to be part of the rental but the idea of cleaning is just changing the bed sheets every week or so. Sub par services and a dreadful smell any time you take a shower. The water is highly contaminated and permeates the appartments, when you wash it feels like you are more dirty then when you went in. I would recommend going down the road towards Ampenan or Batu Layar.

The villa lack of maintenance and the cleanliness is slightly bad, otherwise will be good. The staffs were very helpful and friendly all the time. All meals provided with local foods, tastes good too. Overall we can't complaint any for the price :)
