Best place to stay in Senggigi area! Absolutely lovely people, they were so helpful and friendly. Clean and peaceful atmosphere and lovely pool. 😊

Very good value for money in Senggigi, the rooms are large and clean with a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel is located next to shops, ATM, restaurants etc.

Had a great stay at Senggigi Cottages! We were in bungalow 4 which was nestled at the back of the property so very quiet (you will still hear the mosque but it's not too loud). The rooms are more spacious than other places we've stayed and the pool was lovely. The standout though was the great service we received from the owner and staff. We had two issues while we stayed with wifi and the shower. Both were resolved within a few hours through the installation of a new router and a new shower heater. Thank you so much for the great stay 🙏

Nice rooms and pool, but unfortunately the staff tried to scam us. We booked and paid for the hotel through Agoda, but after checking in, the hosts tried to haggle us into paying a second time in cash citing a "technical issue with agoda." I contacted Agoda and they confirmed that the payment had gone through already and advised us not to pay the hotel directly as we've already paid. The hotel continued to harras us about the second payment, and so we left early. After showing agoda proof of the harrasment, we received a refund for the days that we were no longer there. Horrible experience, the staff were terrible to deal with and I'm shocked the place has good reviews with the way they so blatantly attempted to scam us.

After an arrival that was a little disrupted by a problem encountered with the Agoda reservation, we managed to resolve the problem.The hotel is very cute, away from the noise of the road. In the rooms it is very quiet and we do not hear the noise of the mosque.The cleaning could be improved a little and the smell of the bathroom is not very pleasant...The breakfast is good and plentiful.The swimming pool is nice and clean.The staff really takes care.The price-performance ratio is really great.Just a few minutes walk from the beach and with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and banks nearby.I totally recommend!
