So Most important thing first the wifi is realy bad is like not having internet connection at all so keep this in mind that you will be witout internet. Good things : pesonell was super nice and helpfull. Kuko is super cool guy , resort looks good at first sight it will look good on your instagram. Bad things: old furniture. Bathroom is full of mold even on the floor. There was no hot water on shower only like little warm. It wasnt good stay at all.

We loved the pool, the quietness, the food, the staff at the restaurant and your warm welcome after coming back to you from our Rinjani adventure. We definitely recommend this place 100000000% and will definitely come back once we travel again to Indonesia. Thank you so much again. It was absolutely amazing!

Far from having a 4 star rating.Fantastic location for those who like wilder nature, very beautiful, although not easy access to the beach.Very peaceful.Excellent Infrastructure but with many needs for improvement - maintenance, comfort, cleanliness of room equipment and various accessibility.Spacious rooms, excellent pools.Very friendly team but needs greater professionalism;Poor breakfast.

The best pool we have ever come across.Huge, clean, and with an amazing view all around, so much greenery.We stayed for 9 nights, the bedroom is very big, has all you need and a small fridge to keep your drinks cold too, facility for tea and coffee and we had complimentary tea, coffee and water replenished every day, the room gets cleaned daily too.Water pressure in the shower is amazing.Walking distance to the beach and a short drive away to a lot of restaurants and other facilities too.The resort has its own restaurant, which came in very handy on rainy days and we had breakfast there daily, which gets cooked freshly for you and it is very generous.When we decided not to venture out and sightsee Lombok, we happily spent a lazy day, chilling by the pool, as it was so beautiful .The staff are so friendly and amazing.Big shout out to Kukuh at reception, his smile was contagious, such a wonderful person with a very kind heart, he would greet us every night with such warmth as if we were family, and ready to go out of his way to make sure we were happy, same for Paruh at reception, very funny and very helpful.We will definitely be staying again when visiting Lombok next.

lovely place, it’s obvious that the resort has held onto a thin thread surviving both an earthquake and covid-19 in the past years, but it seems it’s slowly recovering. the infinity pool is gorgeous, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. overall a great place to stay!
