The worst villa I ever seen. It’s very old property, bugs can enter into bedrooms, verity of bugs, too many lizards, insects, ants. The doors very difficult to lock, too many gaps of windows & doors bugs easily can enter into bedroom, bath tubs are not working condition, broken shower hoses, water supply cut off halfway of shower, difficult to connect to WIFI & most of the time not available, very dirty & torn beds hid them with bed sheets, very old & damaged furniture. My children spent sleepless nights, one night ant went into my spouse ear. Requested to change room but unable to change. Finally very very disappointed.

When I was looking for hotels in Penestanan, this hotel kept coming up and I was very tempted to book. However the bad reviews were pretty bad so I didn't book. Now let me tell you why I'm glad I didn't.This review is for the "spa" as I never stayed at the hotel. Well to call it a spa, is a gross overstatement. It was 2 rooms located at the back of the hotel, with a busy and noisy road just on the outside. I walked in for a foot massage as the spa that I initially wanted to go to, I couldn't seem to find.I was placed in a chair outside the 'spa' - which meant I was sitting in the heat - not great. The lady who worked on my feet was wearing grubby clothes - dirty pants, broken t-shirt. Her nailpolish was chipped. She didn't wash or even wipe off my feet before she started, and the 'massage' was really just her rubbing oil mostly on my legs. No technique at all. She was also on her phone half the time, sending messages, and even taking a call. But the worst part was the state of the 'spa' and particularly the bathroom. Absolutely, disgustingly dirty. There was no light in the bathroom, just a bedside lamp plugged in right next to the tap and even that didn't work! I cannot imagine how gross it would be to have an actual massage at this place.

The hotel is a little hidden on a street in ubud, although it is very central.|The staff is friendly and the pools are very good. Although, like almost most hotels in Ubud, it is not known for its cleanliness. …

Booked 4 nights here and only ended up staying 1 before booking else where. Room was in bad condition, ants all over the floor and mouldy spots on the wall and AC. Paint was also peeling from the walls and tv was broken. Bed curtains were covered in questionable stains and rips. We were only provided with a thin sheet for the bed. There was only 1 lounger chair at the pool unlike in the pictures there is many shown. We asked for a room change and all that was done was housekeeping came and mopped some ants from the floor. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unfortunately.
