Loved our three nights there! The staff is lovely and always smiling. The pool is great you can easily swim. Room was clean and bed comfy!You can also order food to eat directly in the hotel which was great 😊

What can I say… it was incredibly beautiful here. We had one of the villas with a private pool and we really enjoyed it. The room was so clean and cleaned upon request, the bed was so comfortable and the linens smelled so good. What we had a lot to complain about, however, was that every day at 4:30 in the morning the mosque calls for prayer, which literally wakes you up from your sleep. That's definitely a problem, so only 4 stars for the location.We got a delicious breakfast every morning, which we were allowed to choose from a small menu. Because we liked it so much, we stayed another night. We would definitely book again! The location was also perfect, close to the beach and delicious restaurants. Scooter rental also on site. We then asked for our laundry to be washed, we got it returned the same day and it smelled really good! The staff is so friendly and sweet. Thanks!

The rooms and hotel complex are beautifully laid out and correspond to the description. A scooter can be rented directly from the property. There are beaches, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so that's fine.Unfortunately, there was a religious festival during our stay, so extremely loud music could be heard in the nearby area until midnight. The music in the room was so loud that you felt like you were right in front of the music system. Restful sleep was hardly possible.It should also be mentioned that a mosque can be heard regularly.The staff were always friendly, but (due to the very loud music) they were uniformed and couldn't help. In some cases there were unhelpful answers.Breakfast was OK (somewhat small portions).Addendum to the property's response:There was no information in advance that a festival was taking place nearby and that music was to be expected.

We loved our stay at Cozy Cottages. The rooms are very private and quiet with a relaxing dining and pool area. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Beautiful villa in Lombok, perfect for a couple. The villa is highly recommended, very nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly, very good value for money, I would definitely repeat.
