The room does not match their description in any way. Understand my surprise when I booked a room in a bungalow with a view of the patio and found myself with a room which was literally behind the restaurant where we could hear everything that was happening and which also had a view of the restaurant. When I asked why I had this room whose photos didn't even exist, I was told that it's because I'm the last arrival and I'm alone, even though I reserved 2-3 days early and on top of that, a single person arrived 30 minutes after me.No apology from them or gesture, they clearly didn't care. In addition, the pipes in the bathroom were completely clogged and I didn't even have toilet paper and I must have been the only room not to have hot water. Either they operate on facies, which is lamentable, or it is a first come, first served system. Anyway, very bad experience, lie, I don't recommend.

Very nice and caring host couples!
Location 10min walk from both town center and harbour for ferry which was perfect. Food was super nicely cooked by the owner! Room was clean and cozy, feels like home rather than accommodation! Miss yall and the kids! I will be back!

Lovely place. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. It felt like a private space. The location is close to the harbour, maybe only a 10 minute walk. I would stay here again.

Such a great experience! What a lovely family running this place! Definitely loved the different approach to bathroom fittings etc. They even kept an eye on our scooter for three days while we were visiting Gili islands as it's about 10 minutes walking to the harbour. Don't miss this one guys!

I took this bungalow after a hike, and this place have everything to satisfy the need after hike as calm and well pack bungalow with laundry option and good food in the restaurant. The host was very friendly and we had really good conversations during dinner.

Read until the end-thank me later. Very nice place! The bungalows are owned by a really nice couple. The rooms are very good and you're literally 2 minutes away from the harbor (with scooter)Be aware of thieves. We just stayed for one night and they broke in at night, while we were sleeping. Luckily I have a light sleep and nothing was stolen but apparently that happens every week. But nothing will happen if you lock the door ;)

Had a nice stay at Arnel bungalow. The owner is Dutch and was able to tell us all about life in Indonesia. The location is great, close to the port! The laundry service is also great, I received my clothes back in perfect condition and it smelled wonderful.The food is delicious, the gadogado and rendang are definitely recommended.Very sweet, hospitable people, I recommend this place to everyone!

The next day, I stayed one night from Bangsal Port to go to Gili T. They were friendly and the room was okay, but the water pressure was so weak that it was difficult to shower. Moreover, I wanted to wash my body full of dust after trekking to Rinjani, but it wasn't enough.

I stayed overnight and it's the best. I stayed in a room with hot water shower double bed room and there are nice mosquito nets on the bed, but there are no mosquitoes. I couldn't see any bugs in the room. it just so clean than my room lol 😂 everything is very well organized and room is cozy, comfortable. The owner was really kind and told me a lot of stories. His family is lovely.

The owner ( western guy) is so much anger in me when I try to come in and ask for a room , I was looking for reception and seem no one there .. so I said “ excuse me , is anyone there ? Then he show up “ no room “with anger look and voice !!! So I double check to the restaurant/receptionist and he yelling “ NO NO NO don’t come to my property!!! Don’t disturb my guest !!! “ like which guest .. is empty in restaurant and reception.. only one lady there .. then I ask her “ have room ? “ she like not happy to see me .. so ok I said sorry I was just looking for room , but he keep yelling and so angry towards me!! So when I pick up my stuff he keep looking at me and yell yell yell .. sorry ok .. but he won’t stopSo i left shaking and pretty disappointed and I go to main road but he still check on me with his angry look 😭😭😭 untill the local with motorbike noticed me and ask what happened.. so I told him .. and he offering me ride to the next hotel and bring me to the receptionist to make sure I am ok .. I was still shaking in the new hotel and the reception lady try to calm me and offering me help what do I need .. I am feeling better now .. but the treatment I got today was not exception at all .. lombok people are so calm and nice .. this is first time ever I got a rude treatment when I visit Indonesia and thanks he is not Indonesian 😭

GOOD VALUE FOR PRICE BUT WELCOMING TO REVIEWClean room. Very warm welcome from Georges, the owner. However, the person in the kitchen was very unpleasant and even disrespectful. The evening of our arrival, she criticized us for ordering food too late: arriving at 6:30 p.m., we ordered at 7:30 p.m. (in our room it was indicated that the kitchen closes at 8:30 p.m.). She pointed out to us, seeming very annoyed, that we could have ordered earlier because it was very late to make food. We immediately told her that we could go out to dinner without any worries so as not to disturb her. She insisted on making us food, while making it clear to us that it really bothered her, and turned off the light above the table we were sitting at. The next morning, I will sit in the dining room to enjoy the wifi while waiting for breakfast time. This same person then arrives and aggressively hands me a paper 10 cm from my face, without saying anything to me (she speaks English well) while showing me the breakfast times, probably to make me understand that I was there 15 minutes (only) too early. However, I had not ordered or asked for anything. I therefore do not recommend this establishment for the welcome which left us greatly disappointed and even shocked...
