Can't check in on the application even though I've come all the way from Jakarta. The receptionists (gents) were very bad, didn't provide solutions or assistance when they couldn't check in on the application and even seemed like they didn't care, instead the customer was told to contact the ticket agent.My suggestion is to improve the application again so that it doesn't make things difficult for customers when checking in the application.For the receptionist, if it can be replaced👎👎👎

In the picture at the time of reservation there were towels and the mineral water turned out to be zonk. The blanket had a lot of stains on it and the bed sheet had blood stains on it, maybe it's never been washed, so I doubt it will happen when someone books again. there is no hot water. Moso in the room there is a luwing, aka millipede. The room smells bad, so I bought my own air freshener. When we slept, our bodies became itchy. The bathroom door is hole🙏

The price of 200 thousand is expensive. The receptionist was not friendly at all. I ordered via Oyo. He said he couldn't. Finally the money didn't come back. Finally paid on the spot.Then entered the room, the sheets were dirty, the AC wasn't cold, ANYWAY THE WORST EVER HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN!!Then my husband missed something. If you want to take it, you say you don't know, etc. Ignore irresponsibility, then gas the receptionist. Duh

The first time I came, I was greeted unfriendly.Second, I ordered on the application but when it arrived, I was told to pay an additional 50 thousand. How is it.Third, when I entered the room the pillow was soaked wet, the sheets were dirty with spots, the blanket too, the toilet was smelly, the sink was dirty, the AC wasn't working properly.Then asked to change rooms, the receptionist wasn't even friendly with this or that. Finally given a new room and it turned out it was not good at all.Finally chose to check out, couldn't bear to sleep in a dirty place.Advice, guys, don't stay at this inn. Don't. Tempted cheap.

After checking in, just look at reviews on Google. It turns out that what I felt was all in the written reviews.1. Additional fees are requested even though you have checked in via the application.2. The sound is very loud, if it came from outside it wouldn't be a problem, but this is the officer who speaks really loudly. Plus, there was a live music event that lasted until more than 24.00 and had not yet ended. Is this actually accommodation for resting or what is the concept?3. The security officers/guards are very rude. When I first wanted to park, the motorbike was still running, I immediately stopped without saying a word, he just pointed to the small writing (please turn off the motorbike engine), not that I couldn't read, but I didn't know what the writing was and didn't know what the rules were. It's not a problem for me to be reminded, but it's a problem if you remind me like that. Can't you be friendly to customers? Security guards have to be firm, but they can be friendly, right? Not curt and cynical like that.4. The sheets are dirty, when you lie down on the mattress you immediately feel itchy.Sorry, we are very disappointed and not comfortable at all. I checked in via Oyo for 80k until the inn was told to pay another 70, they said they weren't cooperating, there was no soap, the AC wasn't cold, the room was dirty, I swear I regretted it... enough to make it an experience

Lots of noise from the start of check in until evening...The officer didn't ask for additional fees, I booked via the RedDoorz application too. No deposits.Prices are also appropriate.The room was clean, the bed sheets were also clean, everything was complete except that the floor had just been mopped so it was sticky and there was still hair remaining stuck to it.There is no hot water, the water is not too cold either.One cupboard door is off, the sink is clean. There are towels and hangers, the water is also strong.Just got there on September 1, 2023

The room does not match the photo. The bathroom, sink, dusty dirty bed sheets all smell musty. The price also doesn't match the application. Until there, it's still increasing. The mattress is hard.
