If it doesn't, hopefully it will be taken care of immediately, so that not many people lose their money like I did. 1. Additional costs or differences in weekday and weekend costs are not notified by the admin when the customer contacts the admin.2. Admin is impressed *CUTE*, both online and offline services.3. The condition of the bathroom is *VERY DIRTY AND SMELLY*, thus disturbing customer comfort.4. The WIFI signal is too weak, so you can't even watch TV.5. There is no air ventilation, so the room feels stuffy.Message :THE CLEANLINESS WAS IMPROVED AGAIN, WHETHER THE BEDROOM OR BATHROOM.

The room size is relatively narrow. The AC is quite cold. Broadcast subscription TV. But cleanliness is lacking. For an impromptu sleepover, just being able to sleep is enough. The location is right in the shophouse complex, in front of Bank Mandiri, next to a bakery, food shop and shopping nearby. Near BKN reg 2 Surabaya too.

My first experience was when I came here... is this really Oyo? Prices are cheap, but minimum quality standards also need to be maintained. if this... Hmm.Initially given the key, finally went up to the 3rd floor and checked the room was very cramped. Couldn't pray. After at least 5 minutes, I finally went down to the 1st floor to ask if I could change rooms? Yes, but you have to pay 50 thousand cash. Finally added payment outside the application. Even though we didn't have time to lie down and use the facilities in the room.In the new room, the desk drawers used by the previous occupants were not cleaned first so they were dirty with rubbish. Hotel staff need to be trained by the owner on how to mop room floors properly. When you cook the mop, after mopping the bathroom floor, you immediately mop the bedroom floor and it doesn't end up being clean.There's only one plus: strategic location.Hopefully it's really fixed.

Sorry, we tried to give a rather long review, but maybe this cannot be generalized. The first time I came when I ordered via the application, I was a little doubtful, was this accommodation really managed by Oyo? If so then Oyo's standards may have dropped. The experience of staying here can be summed up at least from the following points:1. The single bed room is very small, cannot be used for prayer, prayer must be on the mattress2. Finally we decided to move to a twin bed room. Surprisingly moving rooms costs almost 50% of the price per night. Even though we hadn't been in the initial room for 5 minutes, that means we hadn't had time to lie down at all.3. After moving it turned out there was almost no difference, but it was still better to be able to pray, even though it was a bit stressful. There are no chairs either.4. What happened after moving rooms, the toilet was leaking, seeping from between the walls. After confirmation, the next day it was repaired. Imagine spending a night in a room with a leaking toilet. The management should have known this from the start. This means that the cleaning SOP does not exist/is not implemented.5. The smell of the room is very polluted, because of the smell from the toilet. I don't know how the plumbing system works so that the toilet in our room smells polluted and fills the entire room. From the start I wanted to move rooms, but I imagine if I moved again I would be charged another 50%. Wanting to move accommodation feels less time efficient.6. WiFi...don't expect more7. There were no blankets labeled OYO in the room we stayed in or in the previous room. In fact, as far as we know, this is the standard for OYO partner lodging

Stayed here using the Oyo application.. the price was right, there was no difference..The sheets, blankets, pillowcases are okay, not itchy, don't smell musty...There is hot water too, cold AC...For backpackers, it's okay...
