Very noisy housing in disrepair. I highly recommend it!During the inspection, we said many times that the most important thing for us was silence. We were assured that it was very quiet here, which turned out to be just a deception. Almost immediately it became clear that literally behind the wall there was construction going on, which began long before we moved in. So, if it’s quiet on the day of the inspection, don’t be surprised.I will try to write objectively, I am attaching photos and videos, draw your own conclusions.Cons:1. There is construction going on nearby, the knocking and sawing starts early in the morning and continues all day, incredibly loud. I can tell you that this is only for one day and that construction is ending, we listened to this for a whole month.2. Right outside the bedroom windows (behind the curtains) from 7 am the clatter of dishes and noise begins, the bedroom smells very strongly of food.3. The building next door to the apartment is the office space of the hotel staff, which is also noisy from morning to night.4. There is also construction going on at the neighboring hotel. Trucks with stones are being unloaded in the parking lot.5. We moved in on the condition that the staircase railings, which were practically destroyed, would be repaired. They promised to fix it for us, but in the end one day the railing simply collapsed. And no one fixed them in a month! They are still lying on the ground. It's very unsafe.6. Faulty electrics: sockets spark, plugs are knocked out repeatedly, all the light goes out. We repaired them ourselves. The problem was not resolved in any way.7. The water often turns off completely. We also did not receive any response. Moreover, they may simply not believe you and say that this did not happen.8. When it rains, the floor swells.9. The pool is not private at all, not for two apartments, local residents come here to swim. I will not attach the photo here for ethical reasons.10. The sofa near the pool is completely covered in mold.11. A huge number of ants, but this is nothing compared to the rest.12. Old towels with dirty stains were also promised to be changed, but they were not changed. The bed linen is also old.13. Very strong smell of sewage in the bathroom. Etc.Pros:1. Lots of space2. Very light3. Beautiful view4. Lots of good dishes.Price for May 2023:9.500 million rupees.The price does not include: electricity (600 thousand), gas, change and washing of bed linen and towels, you pay for this yourself.We have been in Bali for 7 months, this is the first time we have seen such a nightmare, although we are not picky at all.
