The price is a few thousand per night.We got the swimming pool area. There's no loud noise.The room is spacious, both the room and the bathroom.The water flows strong.The location is not very far from the beach. Walk a bit to reach.Parking must go in the back.After parking, there is a walkway into the accommodation, very convenient.Breakfast is made to order according to the specified menu.There are 4 menus to choose from.For breakfast, you have to walk to another building to eat. which will be in front of the roadIt is recommended to carry an umbrella or hat while walking.Not too far from each other, but the sun is very strong.The service staff is good.Minus a star because- Socket and light switch as shown in the picture.- I want you to make bread when ordering this breakfast set. Because it's hard.- The air conditioner has a slight smell.- The water in the pool is a little cloudy.

Customer service lacking !! Underhand checking-in: paid via online, on arrival payment cxl. and cash payment requested with 5% surcharge, forces customer to pay cash, thus avoiding to pay fee for booking platform or pay tax. Very untrustworthy !!! Breakfast served very minimal and cannot even get a second cup of coffee without being charged a silly price.Three hotels operating under similar name in the same road to be avoided.

When I saw it from the internet it was ok, but the real thing was that it was over, it was over, it was over. I came to stay in 2 rooms, one was average, the other was not at all, there was a bad smell, there were millipedes in the room. The room is not very clean. There was a lot of dust on the floor. If a person has a dust allergy, it's over. Request to change room Got a cheaper room, but the price was already asked. Said it's the same. So I don't want to argue, that is, it's over. There won't be a repeat for sure.

Very close to the sea. The rooms are good and quiet. Went to stay in 2 rooms. I wanted a side room. View of the pool, adding a lock to a 2-story lock.As for the stars that were deducted, I wanted the employees to Men speak better than this. Asked something, pretended not to hear speak sarcastically Not discriminating between emotions in work It's like asking for a free stay. As for female employees When checking out The service is very good.

You get an old room for 800 even if you don't want breakfast. Showing up a bit late to the breakfast place with my coupon, asking nicely if I could just get a coffee instead results in a categorical "No". I was very surprised so had to ask again at the reception with the same outcome. I came here first about 6 years ago and price value seemed to be ok back then. Nowadays there are much better alternatives but what keeps me from coming back now is the complete absence of service awareness. Save 40-50 baht but make a returning customer unhappy - doesn't seem very clever.

Satisfaction with our one-week stay.We stayed there for seven nights from January 17 to 24, 2024. We booked the first with Booking at the rate of 620 baht (a little less than $24.00 CAN). Room 308 was assigned to us for this rate but it was too small for our taste. Please note that prices are not fixed here as in several hotels in Thailand. Rates increase on weekends, among others. We were finally able to get room 410 for the other six nights for a total of 6,118 baht including the 3% fee when paying with our credit card. With Booking, it was more expensive. Also note that the fee for any withdrawal is 220 baht in all ATMs in the country for a maximum of 10,000 baht and sometimes 20,000 but this is rare. A withdrawal would have cost me more. All it takes is a quick little calculation 😊.The pool and included breakfast are definitely an incentive. The hotel restaurant is a few steps away. Four choices on the breakfast menu. We had coffee included which is real strong and full-bodied coffee which is a plus because in Thailand, instant coffee reigns ☕. Excellent, fast and friendly service. Wifi is very good throughout the hotel. The young receptionist at the counter was lovely and spoke enough English to make communication easy. We are very satisfied with our room 410 located near the large terrace. We happily used the safe in our room. Our room was only completely cleaned once in six days without it really bothering us. This seems to be the norm unless otherwise noted.Safety is A-1. To make sure, take a look at the screens at reception. There are surveillance cameras on all floors. The swimming pool is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is hot water at reception 24/7 with cups. We always have a small pot of coffee with us. There were two very noisy evenings during our stay. If you have rooms with balconies overlooking the alley, it will be a nightmare, better warn yourself 🥺🥳.The noise was more muffled in our room 410. For $38.50 CAN per night, we think we got an excellent deal and we recommend this hotel. We offer you several photos.Review written on January 24, 2024 in Cha-Am, Thailand.

Older but clean room, spacious with a small safe. The bathroom needed a renovation. The hotel has its own pool. The location is great 300m from the beach. You can choose from four different breakfast options.

The rooms are comfortable, everything is almost all ok. The only disadvantage is that the water in the room is not strong. The air conditioner is not very cool. There's too much chlorine in the pool, which makes it painful to go play in the water. For breakfast, you can only order coffee: Americano. Milk coffee cannot be ordered in the breakfast set.

Perfect for the low price! The room should be without window but there was! AC, breakfast and water included! Ah also the swimming pool at the second floor was nice! No complains at all ...maybe they can provide a vegetarian breakfast in future to be perfect...

The rooms are clean and neat. Atmosphere on the cover There is a swimming pool of a suitable size. Not too small, not too big.Lovely staff, good service. On check-out day, forgot a bag of toys. The staff quickly brought it down for me ❤️❤️❤️
