Villa very far from the town, not easy to access fortunately people came to meet us to take us back to the villa.Villa a little dirty unfortunately but very beautiful!The staff is very kind and welcoming!

Where to start...When we arrived in the Villa everything seemed good, until we saw the vaspnest and specially the constructions next to our Villa. The staff moved us to another Villa after two nights (saying there was no availability eventhough we saw free villas to book on booking) after we complained on the first day but the noise was still loud and clear. The workers were starting at 8h30 and finishing around 17h. The workers are also using the nature behind our window as toilets... If you are looking for quiet throughout the day, forget it...Also we washed a few clothes and put them outside on the drying rack. Unfortunatly, the rack ruined all our clothes... when i asked the staff how i was supposed to repair my clothes (after trying multiple times to clean it myself), they just told me to go and get them washed in a washing machine and pay for it. The washing machine was probably a good solution, but we would have appreciate if they would have paid for it, since it was their rack that was the problem.The rooms are nice, the pool is clean, and there is a kitchen. It is small and has almost nothing to cook and was kind of dirty. Nevertheless the privacy is really nice. Hot water in the shower, with lots of pressure 😁 Nice location, 10-15minutes from Ubud, so far from the noice but close enough to go there by bike. Close to two restaurants, walking.The staff was nice but not really helpful since they just said sorry and did not try anyhing to compensate us or try to make our stay feel more comfortable.

Located a little far from the main road so you have to complete the journey on foot. Attentive staff.Villa consistent with the photos, beautiful swimming pool not overlooked, kitchen area with fridge and freezer, air conditioning which works very well, possibility of renting scooters for 70k per day, however the cleanliness of the room could be better done (especially the bathroom bath)Overall very good value for money

Very beautiful little villa on the outskirts of Ubud, allow 15 minutes to reach the city center. The swimming pool is magnificent and the decoration is very nice! The only downside is access which is very complicated for taxis and suitcases. Fortunately they have mini golf carts to transport us on request!

For the price it’s is very good value. We stayed in a villa with wooden floors at is quite large. Bedding is 4+ star hotel quality and excellent. Rice fields are a few steps away. Kitchen is a bit spartan and not great but the fridge kept the beers super cold. Pool is ok. For what we paid it’s great value and in a zen place in Ubud. We would go back.

Not well maintained and cleaned. There is no professional to operate it. They have a private pool without privacy. Near to the walls behind the pool there is a multi storied building.4 wheelers can't reach there. Only reach them by two wheeler or on foots..There restaurant is not working.There breakfast was bad and very cold. They served floating break fast in a floating tray with cingarate ashes and rotten flowers

Be careful upon arrival, access to rooms by scooter only! Get the WhatsApp coordinates from reception before! They come to pick you up on a scooter! Get help from your driver to find parking and to communicate more easily with the receptionist who does not fully master English (but is very friendly)Then we advise you to rent a scooter (ask the receptionist for the scooter rental card for info 3 days at 300,000 rupiah and they will bring you the scooter to the reception) to visit Ubud and you are on top!The accommodation is quiet, on the edge of the rice fields with the very nice private swimming pool! Some nice little restaurants nearby within walking distance.We recommend.

The staff were really friendly, really served us very well and made us feel comfortable when we were greeted, besides that, the place was really comfortable for healing from the hustle and bustle of the city and regretted staying only for a day. Next time I want to staycation here again. thank you ♥️♥️

Amazing place with friendly stuff :)Before you complain on frogs, insects in pool remind yourself where you are and how much you paid for accommodation.There is everything what you need : safe box, hair dryer, plates, glasses, towels, beach towels.Location wasn't a problem for us - you can easily take grab bike to Ubud center for 1,5 USD. We walked one time and it took only 40min but I don't reccomend because of traffic.Property offers massage, food and drinks in really good price :)

I really enjoyed staying here. Great pool and room. Me and my kids want to come again one day. I strongly recommended this place.Perhaps because I stayed at the Ubud center, I really, really liked it. At this price, there was no car in the pool villa, so it was quiet and nice to take a walk through the rice fields. They kept the accommodation clean and took care of everything we needed while communicating in real time via WhatsApp. I liked it so much that I stayed an extra night.

Accommodation is exactly as in the photos. However, it is very remote and difficult to find and reach. Few kitchen and cleaning utensils. WiFi not always the best. High ceiling in the room, causing many cobwebs and dust. The staff is very friendly and eager to help and think along. Furthermore, a great stay, especially bothered by the location.

Ordered on Agoda a large mattress but the mattress was split, the place was poorly maintained, breakfast was ordinary.Really suitable for those who are far from the crowds because the place is very far so you have to walk if you take a car.

The villa is clean, comfortable, but unfortunately the road access can't be used by car so you have to be taken by the villa to the parking lot to pick up if you want to go anywhere... I thought after that the villa would be quiet but it turned out that in the morning I was disturbed by the sound of small children in the villa next door and it was really loud. I went to my villa at dawn because I had celebrated New Year, at 6 in the morning I was already disturbed and finally decided to check out early.

This villa looks perfectly on the photos but reality is different.Villa is located in really bad place. It’s hard to get there by a scooter.Kitchen is dirty, pool is dirty, bathroom is dirty. Villa is no clean enough. Staff don’t do a cleaning properly 😔.Geckos screem all night in the villa.One positive think is really comfortable bed.I wouldn’t recommend this stay. Find something better. It didn’t worth it.
