I've often stayed here, got reviews from friends who are training to stay here, but today I'm really disappointed... we booked a room upgrade from Smart to Smart Hollywood, we paid an additional 50 thousand, because we brought children so the room would be bigger... Eh, when breakfast is only for 2 people...then the children are charged for breakfast...it's a bit annoying, as far as I'm concerned, I stay almost twice every month in various hotels because of the needs of my physiotherapy bro, breakfast is usually included with 2 children, JD is allocated 4 gt... But nth... maybe this will be the last time here...

So far so good, not bad for a 2 star hotel. The room is free of the smell of cigarette smoke so it's not crowded, quite comfortable too, the breakfast menu can request eggs here, there is a chef who prepares them when a customer asks to cook them ๐. Coincidentally, yesterday there was an agenda for my mother-in-law to go on an Umrah so I checked in here, the price is 300K for a pretty good room and the hotel is not far from the main road so you can explore to taste snacks at PKU

So when you stay there on the 2nd floor it feels a bit scary...There's a lack of lighting in the hallway so it doesn't feel very pleasant...

I will never forget the bad experience here, this hotel is already too old. The placement or architectural position of the rooms needs to be corrected, how come the glass is facing the room entrance, as well as the glass facing the toilet. Since I started here, my energy has been really bad, I actually have nightmares when I'm resting at night, even though I've never experienced something like this. Believe it or not, but the hotel is really scary๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ป am I the only one who is unlucky? Room 317. I'll never forget, the first time I went to Pekanbaru, I was immediately shocked. If you dare stay overnight, the rest will be forfeited. Compared to being haunted by the horrible condition of the rooms, the building is so old. It needs to be fixed, I would say... the architectural placement of the rooms should also be corrected. The sadness of seeing men standing right next to the switch reflected in the light in front of the toilet, and dreaming that the glass in front of the entrance was actually a window and someone was sweeping the girls away. I swear I've never had a mystical experience like this, I checked out the same day๐ญ๐๐ป please be careful, friends, especially if it's your first time in a new city or place, my advice is to choose a really modern hotel, I didn't expect Amaris Hotel like that... because of the reviews good๐ญ but it turns out... ugh, I really regret it

Strategic location, but the bathroom door was broken. There is no water heater kettle in the room. Staff is friendly and responsive. The breakfast food was quite good, but the menu tended to be the same throughout the 2 nights staying there.
