We stayed here for 1 week. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean. Two people came to deliver the villa. The sheets were hairy and stained. Towels smelled. Kitchen dirt. The bathrooms were dirty.At least clean it before the guests arrive. They're just standing there to get tips. This is such a shame, how can they see that filth and receive this villa in a filthy condition and expect a tip from us? It's a terrible location. It's literally a desolate area. I definitely do not recommend it.

The villa has never ending problems due to lack of maintenance and horrible management. Things are constantly falling apart, in bad shape, and the response from the villa manager/owner always seems to put the blame on others.Two of the rooms are quite large in size, but the “third bedroom” should be removed from the listing. It is dark, moldy, poorly furnished, and has a weird connection from the bathroom to the room next to it so there are shared windows to hear anything and everything between the two. It was obviously an afterthought and poorly constructed.The pool seems to be in constant need of chemical shock and maintenance. While living there, if the pool person missed even one day, we would basically be unable to use the pool for a week due to algae growth and poor circulation. And he missing a day was frequent.The cleaning staff is nice (the mother) but the son obviously hates being there and was rude to us the entire stay. Always hearing him curse about us while stomping around the villa.We are still waiting to get our money back for the deposit, as well as a refund, that the management agreed upon, due to them kicking us out a week early because of management issues. Months later and the fight is ongoing.I would advise anyone looking at this villa not to be fooled. Terrible treatment of guests.The total lack of maintenance means that the problems at Casa Priya just keep coming. Everything is falling apart, and the management/owner's response always seems to be to blame others.Two of the bedrooms have a perfectly adequate size, but the 3rd should be removed from the offer. It is dark, very poorly furnished, full of mold and is strangely connected by windows from one bathroom to another in such a way that you can hear and see everything that happens there...It was obviously a poorly executed addition.The swimming pool seems to be in constant need of treatment and maintenance. During my stay, if the staff did not show up on the scheduled day, it was impossible to use the swimming pool for at least a week since the water turned green. He rarely showed up at the agreed times.The housekeeping staff (the mother) was decent, but her son very clearly hated working and was extremely rude to us every time he showed up. We heard him swearing and complaining constantly, while we were absolutely not picky with them about the quality of their service.We are still, two months later, waiting for the reimbursement of our guarantee, in addition to a reimbursement (amount discussed and validated by the management) after making us leave the villa earlier than planned for nebulous reasons...several months later and still waiting...I strongly suggest anyone considering moving there to run. The tenants are treated execrably.

The villa is a good size, but the agent they had for villa manager was lying and stealing from all of her clients. The place itself was falling apart, deck next to the pool had rusty nails all over the place, the giant plant pots were falling through it due to rot. Many things kept breaking and had problems, then when there was a huge disaster of the roof collapsing during a rainstorm ruining a multitude of electronics, they then demanded we pay additional money to stay in the villa that we had already paid for because they didn’t believe we would have stayed. They kicked us out early for some excuse of problems with the management and said would give refund for the days… it is now two months later, police are involved, and we have still not received the refund or the deposit back owed to us. This is all stolen money and time, to which they respond that « no it isn’t we just haven’t payed you back yet ».We have now found out that it was mainly the villa manager who was stealing money both from us and the property manager. We paid upfront for 3 months, and she did not give all the money to the property, so then we had to move out due to this problem. I can not stress enough how many problems we ended up having in the villa, and are continuing to have 2 months later after moving out.Side note, it is also advertised as a 3 bedroom villa, but the 3rd bedroom is basically useless. It has no wardrobe, it was connected to another room so I’m guessing it was the servants quarters or for a baby crib. The bathrooms from the two rooms then look into each other and can hear everything between the two. Very bad use of space and layout
