I spent a week at escape haven and my expectations were blown away. The staff first and foremost were the most kind genuine people. They were my family away from home! They truly care about each guest and strive to make sure every persons stay is exceptional. I ended up getting sick one of the days and the staff took care of me like a mother would. Brought me soup, medicine, and had genuine concern. I felt so taken care of and supported during the entire stay. As a solo traveler and the first time to Bali this was so much appreciated. The yoga, Pilates and breathwork sessions were amazing, and each teacher was superb. The spa treatments made me completely relax and melt away any worries. I fell asleep during many of them. The room was exceptional. I stayed in Uma and it was so special. Every detail was thought of. The food was fresh, healthy and very customizable. I was never hungry and ate more than I do back home but somehow felt lighter, less puffy and never bloated. I was glowing from the inside out by the time I left!The Balinese healing, letting go beach ceremony and morning bike ride were amongst my most memorable activities.The space they foster for connection with the other women and also alone time in solace is a very intricate balance. The harmonious integration of Balinese culture and women from all around the world in one place is absolute magic. Escape haven has captured my heart and I wish everyone could experience it. I left with so much gratitude and a lightness that can’t really be compared to any other experience. Thank you. 🙏

Escape Haven exceeded all expectations for an amazing wellness retreat! The food was delicious, the team was welcoming and so incredibly nurturing. The spa treatments were heavenly. The entire experience of being just women from all over the world being nurtured and restored is truly wonderful.

My first solo trip and I chose escape haven. Never regret the decision. It is very relaxing and calming. Massage is the best. I've also gain alot from this retreat. The team are superb, very attentive and excellent service. Everyone is so positive and encouraging. You will leave that place feeling refresh

Wonderful, truly wholesome experience. I would encourage every woman to allow themselves to be spoiled and cared for here at least once in their lives. The staff are outstanding, the attention to detail is remarkable and the food is consistently stunning. I will definitely be back.
