If you love sitting with no power, AC & hot water while they deny you lanterns during a blackout, go ahead ! No accommodations were ever provided! Also if your have a Service Animal, be aware that they will require a fee of $50k which they want in cash. I asked them to write a contract prior but they never did. They also lied to Agoda and stated I refuse to pay which was false. On top of that, when I asked for over two hours where was my food that was delivered, they denied it ever came until I went on Instagram Live reporting them; it was then that they finally returned my food to me.

I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Canggu. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 months and waking up every morning to sun shining through the window with a view of the rice fields (yes, rice fields in the centre of canggu!) felt like living in a Movie. The staff are wonderful and so kind, they were always willing to help us. Location-wise it’s a perfect spot as you’re right next to the centre of canggu whilst also being a little bit distanced from the chaos and partying. It’s a little bit pricier than other options but well worth it in my opinion, especially if you’re a couple.

The hotel is great, perfectly located, has a pool, the rooms are clean and it's quiet. A few points need to be improved. The airport pick up service didn't work. We wrote to various numbers and email addresses that we found and also via Agoda, then received an answer via email that we should provide flight number etc. We did that and didn't hear anything else and there was no one at the airport to pick us up. After renewing the hotel several times, twice through Agoda and the last time directly on site, we were told a price and when we wanted to pay, suddenly no one could speak English properly and the price was much higher than first said. We paid it anyway but that's actually not ok. When we wanted to hand over the key for checkout today, there was no one there🤷🏻♀️ The rooms are ok, but they don't have a fridge or a kettle. They aren't always cleaned either, we haven't figured out why sometimes every day and sometimes not for 2 days.We would still recommend the hotel because it is in a great location and the staff (when they are there😂) are very friendly.

The hotel is great. The agreed airport transfer did not take place. The location of the hotel is also great. Pool too. Reception leaves a lot to be desired. sometimes no one is present even at normal times. couldn't even check out because no one was there...
