Very bad customer service.They have a problem with Agoda and RedDoorz, where you book and pay through the app, but then at the hotel they want to charge you their price. Saying they no longer have anything to do with the app.The worst part is that the only solution they give you is to pay twice for the room, disrespecting the customer.

The AC is hot, the flute is noisy, there are lots of sliding sounds at night, you can't rest, the bathroom water is dead, cleanliness is lacking, drinking water is not refilled, the room is not tidied up and cleaned, there is no trash can in the room, the service takes a long time

the bathroom was dirty, plus it was constantly wet because the AC exhaust was thrown in the shower, the water was a bit cloudy, the food was not satisfactory, then when I attended the seminar there I couldn't get the electricity, the lights went out during the activities...

Please just have a bathroom with a normal faucet. So it can be used for ablution, because the toilet only uses a toilet faucet & sink and shower only.If you order using redoors, you can't get towels & soap, you can't get breakfast either. Overall it's not bad because the place is near Poso City Mall

The service is not good, towels, blankets and toiletries are not provided, mineral water is not provided, there is no hot shower, no Wi-Fi...Plus, the AC is cold...I ordered a large bed, but instead I was given a double twin room...I'm not really satisfied... sorry...

The hotel is located in the middle of the city. The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable and affordable prices. Helped by admin to book a room, even got a decent discount. I ordered on WA 081393037157. Thanks admin

The water is cloudy, not clean. So if you want to brush your teeth, don't use that water, use drinking water. The clean water problem needs to be fixed again.
