Same problem, bungalow reserved and having sent a message to the establishment to confirm the reservation, they ask me to cancel my reservation because the establishment is full.This looks very much like a scam....

We booked in April and paid in May. Before our arrival on the island we contacted them to organize the boats. They then told us that we had to cancel our reservation on booking because they were full and could not accommodate us. Because of them, we found ourselves a few days before departure without a reservation and everything else was full. It really ruined our vacation!
