One of the best experiences of my life. I went there as a solo female traveler and it was completely SAFE and absolutely beautiful. The owner is one of the nicest people I met on my journey and prepared me great food everyday. The bungalows are comfortable, I didn’t miss anything, everything was clean and new. The REEF just off the beach is STUNNING so bring your mask. Lovely corals, fish and small reef sharks (100% harmless). The host also took me fishing which was a fantastic experience as well.I seriously can’t recommend it enough. If you’re hesitating between this and pokipoki or melenge, don’t and visit Kalemo. (If you want something authentic and quiet)Things to consider if you’re going there (that were not a problem for me but could be for someone) :1. it’s at the end of the jungle so there are animals and insects around. It’s not a resort.2. Internet and electricity is also limited, but that’s a beauty of this place.3. Food might be fish heavy, so if that’s not what you like remember to communicate that beforehand4. The place is very remote so ask about the boats in and out before so you can plan things out. From there I went to Poyalisa and then took a ferry to Gorontalo, but it took me a week due to the boat schedule. (Don’t hesitate to contact me if you need help with that ig @hey_puk)

My girlfriend and I stayed at the resort for 4 nights even though we only booked 2 nights. Since we had hammocks with us, we were allowed to hang them up under the palm trees on the beach without having to pay extra.The food was very tasty and filling. The host Mitchel and his family try very hard to make your days at the resort as pleasant as possible. Mitchel, Yedi and the entire team are incredibly welcoming.The bungalows are beautiful and designed with love.Because there were only a few cabins, the resort had a very family-like feel. In the evening all the guests sat at a large table eating, which was very nice.Only 200m from the beach is a beautiful snorkeling spot, where we discovered rays and reef sharks in addition to countless fish and corals.The perfect place to switch off and unwind.Thanks for the nice time,Nicole and David

Simply perfect! Even before we booked, we contacted Mitchel and Yedi via Whatsapp and were informed about how to get there. They are very knowledgeable and have a lot of contacts to fulfill every wish. The booking and arrival from Ampana went very well and we were warmly welcomed by Arfur at the Kambutu Village pier. After a short and wonderful boat ride we arrived. The loving welcome made us feel right at home.The bungalows are well furnished, with everything you need and their own mosquito net. The three meals were freshly prepared every day. The dishes are better than in many restaurants and simply indescribably delicious. Thanks to Yedi and your team, we already miss your food 🥹The large dining table is set for everyone like at home and you get to meet new people. We enjoyed the five days of snorkeling, eating, reading and fishing. The house reef offers a huge diversity of species and has surprised us every time. Snorkels can be rented on site. The environment is left completely natural, so that relaxed varans can also be seen occasionally. Mitchel and Yedi have found Paradise and run their hotel very lovingly. We are already looking forward to the next visit.Dear Kalemo teamTHANK YOU for this indescribable experience. A short summary of our heavenly stay at Tanjung Kalemo on the other side of the world on the Togian Islands.We stayed here for a week. But time doesn't seem to exist here, we live completely with the rhythm of nature. Wake up every day in a tropical paradise, have breakfast, snorkel, lunch, snorkel, dinner, stargaze, sleep and repeat. The food and service are top notch! Very friendly and hospitable people. Every now and then we go on a voyage of discovery to coral reefs and virtually uninhabited bounty islands. And we took a look at the mangrove forests, fished with local fishermen and visited villages. All very special. What a fantastic place this is, which I can recommend to everyone.

A great place to stay. You can relax and unwind here. If you want, you can spend the whole day eating, sleeping, swimming or reading. Mitchell and his family are great hosts. We felt very comfortable here at all times. The food was wonderful and the little huts have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Communication worked very well even before we arrived. The pick-up and our onward journey were very well organized by Mitchell. Many thanks to the family. We wish you all the best and much success.

We were very disappointed by the behavior of the owners. They try to make as much money as possible but the performance in front is not satisfactory. They made us pay for the mosquito net! The boat which was supposed to have 2 engines only had 1. The boss told us about crocodiles and ghosts the first day when we arrived but had not mentioned it before. There are thousands of flies and sandflies, rats come at night. After numerous trips to Indonesia, this is the first time that I have met homestay managers who do not try to satisfy their customers. Be careful with the prices, the boss tried to sell us the room for one and a half times the booking price...The other reviews with 5 stars are fake, look, they are fake profiles with only one review ;)Good luck to travelers. Advice, go to Kadidiri there is a cheap public speedboat line ;)

Unforgettable experience, the beauty of the surrounding nature. The perfect combination of mountains and sea, coupled with accommodation buildings that provide a natural village-like feel but still uphold the comfort of us as guests. Coupled with the friendly welcome and atmosphere given by the husband and wife who own the inn, it really made us feel like we didn't want to go home again but unfortunately we had to leave but we will come back again. Hihihi...Note...!!! Thank you Ci Yedi for the delicious food. I can still imagine....
