I spent two days at this hotel and, unfortunately, I was not entirely satisfied. The rooms visually look good and are quite clean, but we had a spacious room on the ground floor and there were serious problems here: strong humidity and an unpleasant sewer smell. Perhaps the situation on the second floor is better, but the first floor definitely let us down.The audibility from the neighboring rooms is simply terrible - we constantly heard what was happening with our neighbors, which created discomfort.As for the pool, it turned out to be one of the few positive aspects. The pool is clean, but due to the fact that it is always in the shade, the water was quite cold.The hotel staff is almost invisible. In two days we saw him only three times. This created the feeling that there was no service as such.Overall, the hotel has its pros, but the cons far outweigh them. Not sure I'll come back here again.

We booked a room here because of the nice pictures and the very good reviews. Unfortunately when we came into the room it smelled very mouldy. It was very bad and we really didn’t want to sleep there. We told the lady and she offered us another room but it was the same bad smell. She told us just to turn on the AC and gave us an air refreshener but that obviously didn’t solve the problem.We can’t recommend this place because mold is pretty bad for your health and they definitely have to solve the problem right.

Really nice place, very clean, lovely owners and great location. If you end up staying here please give the white dog some food/love , her name is whitey and she hangs around house, she’s very friendly but if you have some spare food please give it too her, she will appreciate it a lot, she also likes to sleep on the welcome Matt so if you have one in your room please leave it out for her :)

We stayed here for two weeks. This place is excellent. I think it worked out to about $45aud per night. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and get cleaned for you each day. The facilities are good with a well maintained and modern pool, the gardens are very beautiful. Its a great location and it feels really intimate. They are really helpful with things like scooter hire, and don’t have the rip you off mentality. I highly recommend this place.

This is not what you pay for, not even half of the price would be reasonable. Walls have moist, towels have stains and bed is not really comfortable. What is worst: I arrived at 8pm and no one was at the reception to help me - there is almost no staff around any time of the day. I had to walk and ask different neighbours in the street until I found the owner. A bit surreal to be honest. I put 2 stars and not one because at least the staff is friendly.
