spacious parking, clean rooms, good room service, good air conditioning and smart TV, mini fridge available, friendly staff, the downside is the connecting door which can't be locked so the room can be accessed from the next room, then the water pools a little when showering

The hotel is an old hotel that has been renovated. So the building and furniture are still relatively new and clean. The location is quite close to the city center, but if you are looking for less varied food, because around the hotel there are mostly Padang cuisine restaurants. The hallway to the hotel room is hot, there is no air conditioning. The elevator is relatively small. But for breakfast overall it's delicious. And the hotel restaurant's food is top notch, always delicious. Please maintain it and make it even better.

The bedroom is clean and doesn't smell bad, the AC is cold, the deluxe room size is quite spacious, what I like most is that it is equipped with a table and chairs for working and the lighting is very bright and there are 2 sofas and a round table provided.The bathroom has a shower, clean hot and cold water, not salty.There is a clothes hanger cupboard.The suggestion is that there should be ironing facilities and they can be borrowed. Even though there is laundry, it cannot be scrubbed straight away in the afternoon because the laundry pick-up at 8.00 in the morning finishes in the afternoon.The front desk service is friendly and polite and the service at the Ms Vita restaurant is excellentFor friends who want to spend the night in Dumai, I suggest trying to spend the night at the Maxone Hotel.Good luck .
