The house is very good, not old, cool air conditioning, has parking for 3 cars, 4 rooms, each room has beds for 3 people. Suitable for groups of more than 12 people. We booked through the Cha-am Hua Hin villa group on fb. There will be Khun Phak to take care of the house. Everything is clean. There is free 30 kilos of ice, free charcoal, complete kitchen equipment. No need to prepare at all. We had enough plates and bowls for 12 people. (There are about 20+ items) There are also gas stoves. There are many pots. There's a steamer, a mortar, a knife, and a spoon ready. You don't have to take anything. Easy to carry things to cook by yourself. The pond is reasonably large. And there is space around the pool to walk. I like that the house is far from other places. There aren't many other houses around the house. quieten and private Not very far from the sea beach. But you can walk and enjoy. Or you can use the bicycle that the house has for you to ride around. When we went to stay at the house there were a few problems. But Khun Pak takes very good care of you. No matter how many times I've finished paying and disappeared, I've responded quickly every time.
