There are 3 bedrooms next to the sea, meaning you can wake up and see the sea. The rooms are large, have double beds, and have extra mattresses provided. Nong Karaoke Can grill again, swimming pool, salt pond, very ok. There is complete equipment for grilling and cooking. morning atmosphere

3 bathrooms (1st floor, 2nd floor), 4 bedrooms (1st floor, 3rd floor, but there is 1 room with its own bathroom. Every room has two double beds, approximately 5 feet in size. There is a swimming pool with a slide to play in. The housekeepers are all friendly. There was a problem with the bathroom knob and a technician came to fix it immediately. There is a key to open and close every room, the wifi is strong, there is a TV, speakers, karaoke, cool air conditioning in every room, clean bathrooms, read a lot of the rules posted in the house. Remember that if you have pets there will be an additional charge. If the number of people exceeds 16 people, there is an additional fee.

Take your team to relax here, beautiful view, good atmosphere next to the sea. Very impressed. Clean accommodations. The housekeepers here take very good care of everything. Both provide banana boat rides and provide convenience throughout the rest. Make this trip complete and happy like you've fully recharged your batteries. Thank you to the owners of the accommodation for their help and all the housekeepers. It's best to reserve safely directly with the accommodation. Because the accommodation is beautiful, there are fake pages that copy photos of the accommodation. Book with Pailay Beachfront Villa only.

Had a wonderful stay at Pailay Beachfront Villa with friends over the weekend.The place is newly renovated, spacious, and clean. As we wanted to make our own breakfast, we also appreciated the full kitchen there with fridge, toaster, kettle, etc.Most importantly, it has a superb view of the beach and sea from the living/dining area, the rooms, and their outdoor pool. It is also a great spot to catch sunrise too (on a clear day)! Would sit there all day to enjoy the view and sea breeze. Highly recommended.

Spent a lovely weekend at the beach house.It has a gorgeous sea view which offers a natural sunrise viewing point.The house is spacious and it is an ideal choice for many families - with kids - spending time together here.It is well equipped with a pool table and swimming pools and TVs in the house that will keep you entertained.Definitely coming back again.

The villa is nestled in a safe quiet enclave, so you can get the privacy you need for a getaway. It is a great size for big families/ friends, and the big attraction is the pool and direct access to the beach. The villa is newly renovated as well and has all the entertainment you need including tv with Netflix and a pool table! Great place to spend a few days away from the busy city.

Beautiful villa with an amazing view of the private beach. Had an awesome weekend with friends and family. The kids absolutely loved the place. Strong AirCon, Comfy beds, Netflix, hot showers, great sound system karaoke and the pool-Jacuzzi were among the best features of the place. Great hospitality from the hosts. This was a perfect place to relax for the weekend from the busy scenes of Bangkok.

This is an amazing place for couples, families and group of friends alike. The prestine beach with fine sand, brand new facilities (private pool, jacuzzi, bbq pit, 9 ball pool table, heated showers, karaoke machine, Netflix enabled smart TV) and tasteful decor lent to an amazing 4 night vacation. They even have daily cleaning service!A great base to visit water parks and national parks in the area as well.You will not find a better vacation home in the area.

I went with a group of closed friends. There were 12 of us staying at the villa for 3 nights and we had a great time, enjoying the pool and private beach. All of the rooms are clean, modern, and brand new. Highly recommend.

Spending a weekend at Pailay Beachfront Villa was the best decision ever.Beautiful views of the sea from every room, fun pool, good food nearby, fast and strong WIFI.More than anything, we fell in love with the quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend it.
