We were faced with a terribly unpleasant situation. We booked a deluxe room with a kitchen, a luxurious bedroom with panoramic windows, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our room was given to other people because they came with children. And they offered us a disgusting, ugly little room and didn’t even offer compensation or a discount. The staff didn't care. I do not recommend this hotel unless you want to live in terrible conditions and pay for a deluxe suite

Spectacular experience. Netty is a great host and the whole staff is super helpful. Beds are comfortable, AC is good, Wi-Fi is incredible and the location is peaceful. Recommended

Such an amazing experience with Kak Desak, Bli Komang and Bu Dayu when we stay in Aventus Resort Ubud. They really helpful, kindly and friendly to us. They provide anything that we need and such a good companions during our trip in Tegallalang Bali. If you looking for a quite place to calm your mind this place is recommended, with the great staffs and experiences. Thanks for having us 🙏🏼

For those who like nature, it's really suitable, there is no television, but wifi is available. The waiters are very friendly and very helpful when needed. There are 7 rooms.

The owner Neti was a superb host. She did her best to make our stay comfortable. It's not a very big resort. But it's a nice, cozy, clean and quiet one. The room and toilet were clean. The resort is a bit far from the main road but you can order your foods through grab. You can also get grab bike or car to go anywhere without any hassle. The breakfast was amazing. The amount was more than what a lot of places serve in the morning.

Netty deserves all the credit for making our stay here special! She provided us with superb customer service and assisted with various small enquiries. She was very kind in helping me understand better various aspects of Balinese cultural heritage and traditions.The property itself is very private, overlooking a real working rice terraces. We felt enchanted by the serene atmosphere surrounded only by the sounds of nature. You can even spot fireflies after dark :)The swimming pool requires a bit of TLC, so does the garden and fish ponds. Otherwise… it’s a really great little holiday retreat.
