The entire area in front of the accommodation is full of rat holes. Bed linen was dirty, the flush didn't work, there was no toilet paper. In addition, it is completely unclear who is responsible. There is no reception. We left immediately.

Far too expensive for the fact that the bungalow is so run down. We had ants and mold in the fridge & a rat next to the bed at night.

A very pleasant place to stay. Our host was really friendly and helpful. The bungalows are incredible. However, the outside areas could be more charming if they were landscaped :)

Rat in bedWe originally wanted to stay here for 4 nights. When we arrived at the bungalow, we first had to ask who was responsible for the bungalow and finally wait a while for the employee. The employee is very nice, but doesn't speak good English. When you first enter the bungalow, it looks chic and clean (except the bathroom). However, as soon as I entered it smelled musty and a bit disgusting. After spending a night here we bought a fragrance spray because the smell was unbearable. During our third night we finally determined where the smell was coming from. At 4 a.m. we were greeted by a RAT in our bed that ran around on my friend despite the self-installed mosquito net. We were then wide awake, no longer dared to go to bed and started packing our things. We then wrote to the employee on WhatsApp, he replied directly, but didn't come by until several hours later. We then went to have breakfast and the employee came afterwards to look for the rat. This could no longer be found. So we didn't spend the last night here. Many reviews here also say that you can rent kayaks. Unfortunately that wasn't possible. Could be a result of Corona. We asked the owner for a refund for the last night that we didn't spend here. The only answer that came was that we were in a tropical country and rats were normal. We have been traveling in Asia for over 2 months and have had all kinds of animals in the room. However, we have never had a rat in the room, which was an absolute limit for us. Think about whether you want to go through this experience and the stress. Finally, it should be mentioned that this accommodation was by far the most expensive on our trip so far and at the same time the absolute worst!PS: Unfortunately, the internet connection is also not stable and keeps dropping out.
