I recently had the pleasure of staying at Umah Majegau by RÉJÁ Reserve with my mother, wife, and two daughters. A 5 star experience from the moment we arrived. The Villa is immaculately designed with attention to detail throughout.The highlight of our stay was definitely the fishing trip and cooking lesson with Ayu, both organised by the RÉJÁ Reserve team (they also arranged our arrival and onward transfers, tours and private chefs). My daughter had an amazing time, catching and then preparing, cooking and eating her fish. Chef Ayu is a world class chef who created perfectly balanced and healthy food using local ingredients difficult to find elsewhere.The villa itself was perfect. The private pool and beautiful natural surroundings provided a peaceful retreat. Epic kitchen dining relaxing platform upstairs from the pool. The girls loved 'movie nights' in the entertainment room on the provided projector. Each room was comfortable with air conditioning, outdoor/indoor bathrooms (girls loved showers in the 'tropical garden). We relaxed on the balconies to the sound of nature after the girls had gone to bed.Indah and Nayla looked after us exceptionally well, making sure we had everything we needed and more. Their hospitality made our stay even more special.Despite some nearby construction, which is expected to finish soon (end of July I believe) , we had a wonderful and relaxing time. The location is great, with Echo Beach and Tanah Lot Temple just a short drive away. 15 mins walk away is Bar Vera which we highly recommend.l for dinner and drinks.Overall, Umah Majegau provided us with a memorable family vacation. We felt at home and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious holiday. Will be back for sure.
