I stayed here for one night and had the best treatment. The staff were amazing and let me stayed for a bit longer on checking out. The room was really big and tidy. Best location. Thanks to the lovely staff and specially Lia for the amazing service.

Quite a new hotel, with a pleasant location and great staff. What should be highlighted is the delicious breakfast and the small pool to relax in. The rooms are very nicely decorated. There is a star deduction for the bathroom. This is very spartan. With a little more eye for detail, the bathroom could have been designed beautifully, which is what you would expect for this price. Nevertheless, you can recommend the White Bay without hesitation.

"I had an amazing stay at The White Bay Hotel! Ideal location on a quiet lane yet close to everything. The staff, especially Leia, were exceptionally kind and attentive. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a relaxing beach atmosphere. Rooms were spacious and immaculate.

The staff are very friendly and the location is very goodUnfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here at all, no safe, refrigerator or kettle in the room, which we have had in every (even significantly cheaper) accommodation so far. The bathroom was impossible for us - especially the toilet was very dirty and there was no shower cubicle so you had to hold the shower head and the whole bathroom flooded. The smell was very unpleasant. In the photos the rooms look much better than they are. We therefore left a day earlier and would not recommend the accommodation. We had much better and cheaper alternatives in Lombok.

We had a great stay at The White Bay - 9 nights total. Alan and the team took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed, like extra towels, laundry, transport, breakfast, restaurant recommendations, etc. Lea also made sure our rooms were tidy and that we had breakfast if and when needed. The common space on the top floor is lovely and so is the pool area. Filtered water is available too. The White Bay is a simple, comfortable, lovely nook just around the corner from the main street in Kuta!

The location is within walking distance to Kuta Beach and next to the main street, so it is quiet.It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the main street, so there is no inconvenience at all.The staff are really friendlyHe answers questions with a smile and listens to requests.The downside is that the bathroom in the first floor room smells like a sewer, but the smell does not come into the room when the bathroom door is closed.I recommend this accommodation

Incredible place, the staff 10/10, very attentive, friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. They helped us with the rental of motorcycles and with tips on places to visit. The breakfast was very rich, fresh and prepared with a lot of love. I would return yes or yes.

We booked a deluxe double room (via Agoda). The room is located on the first floor. Only stairs, the staff has helped us bringing our luggages up to the room.The room is very spacious, bed & pillows are comfortable, it is very clean. Wifi is strong. Aircond is great. The toilet is huge. But has a bit of sewage smell. No bugs.The staff are amazing (Ijong & Aria). They will gladly recommend any place to go around the area. They also have helped us a lot during our stay. They are very friendly and i would rate 10/10 for their service/assistance.Carpark is very limited but lucky for us, we were the only one who brought a car.Overall experience, i will definitely book this hotel again for any future visit to Kuta Lombok. Thank you White Bay for providing us a comfortable place to stay in.

The staff are really attentive and helpful (especially Lea) and the location is perfect, right in the centre of the town but it's not loud.The bathroom however had a really bad smell and the room felt a little damp. I think there could be some improvements made on the rooms/bathrooms to match the price point. Overall I think it's a good spot but there could definitely be some improvements.

The staff was very friendly and always happy to help! Ijhong and Lia and the other guy where very nice. The rooms are clean and they will clean your room when you want to. The pool is nice and cool and the location is perfect since it was very close to the main road but you couldn’t hear all the scooters because it’s not on the main road. The bed was nice and comfortable but it made a lot of squeaky noice if you moved just a little bit.

Basically a nice hotel in a good location, nice rooms and friendly staff. Unfortunately, rooms 2 & 3 on the ground floor were damp and cold even though the air conditioning was turned off. In addition, the smell from the drain in the bathroom was unbearable.

Wow! I stayed at this accommodation for 21 days and i absolutely loved it. It’s location is walking distance from most everything you need and if you need anything the staff that works there will make it happen. Honestly, I will come back and stay here when I visit again purely because of the staff. Irun, Jay, Daniel, Arya and ijhong made me feel so welcomed the moment I arrived. They were so friendly, helpful and also loved to laugh which made everything so fun. When I got food poisoning, Irun came and dropped off water and coconuts for me on his day off. Daniel and I would laugh so much and he would teach me new sayings in Indonesian (really helpful!!). Arya and ijhong make the worlds best breakfast and are always smiling and checking in. Honestly the staff here are so lovely, feels more like family. They really gave me a home <3 thank you guys!!! I will be back to see you!!!

Ijhong and the staff were super friendly and helpful, always around and smiling 😊 Breakfast was included for us and it was just right, homemade and tasty with a couple of options to choose from!Thank you for a very comfortable stay we will definitely be back and highly recommend White Bay!🫶🏼

Fantastic stay, with huge thanks for Daniel for making it extra special. He and his team were super enthusiastic, made us a yummy breakfast each morning, helped us with taxis and boat tickets and even gave us a Lombok language lesson. The location was close enough to the main street without being intrusive. We will definitely be back - tampiaseh!

My mum and I stayed for four nights and had a really great time! From the first moment we felt at home and the staff, especially Danil, made us feel super welcome!The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and very nice decor! The breakfast is freshly prepared and we enjoyed having it with the great view of the pool.The location is perfect, as you can walk to the Main Street within 2 minutes, also felt like a very safe area.Really recommend staying at the white bay as it was our favorite accommodation on the travel. Thank you Danil & team for taking such great care of us!

The staff made the place with breakfast each morningWe enjoyed speaking to Danil about Lombok and local things to try.
