The hotel complex is in a park-like Balinese style. Everything is very clean. The absolute highlight is the staff. Always friendly and helpful, even if you messed up something yourself. We were even helped when we were scammed out of a million IDR at an exchange office. The following day our driver took us again to the exchange office 12 kilometers away and helped us get our money. Our special thanks again for this.

We stayed two nights in this wonderfulHotel. A bit outside of ubud but you can rent a scooter to explore ubud. It has so much to see, words cannot describe this vibe in there. The Family and staff at the hotel were just lovely! They will do everything for you. Floating Breakfast is a must. Food is prepared with much love !! I would come back for sure!

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, two in a double room and one night in a villa. The hotel is in a quiet location and cars/taxi can go until the entrance.They have quite a lot of choices for breakfast, including Indonesian ones. This one is offered to be served in the canteen, room or as a floating breakfast in the main pool without extra charge, but needed to be ordered a day before.Everyday they asked if we wanted the room cleaned and they gave two water bottles every morning. You can use the infinity pool from early morning until 10pm and they provide towels for it. On the few occasions that we used it, we had the pool for ourselves.On our check-in day, we arrived late and when we asked about dinner options, they offered to cook something simple for us (mie goreng or nasi goreng) which was appreciated.They offer a free shuttle bus to Ubud but that consists of 5mins journey to the main street but the drop off isn't in the center and the times are very few during the day.On a few occasions, there was a miscommunication between staff in the evening and morning and during our check out, we wasted half an hour as staff on charge didn't know where our invoice was and they couldn't find the manager either.We had a great experience in the villa. We got a private one with the jungle/forest in front of the infinity pool. It was spot clean and all the areas were larger than they looked in the pictures. We enjoyed a floating breakfast (without extra charge) in the pool and it was quiet. They have drinks and lunch or dinner with very reasonable prices. In the morning, after staying a while in the pool, many caterpillar moths started to appear in the outdoor area and around the pool. It was quite uncomfortable and you couldn't be outside the water as they were going everywhere.Overall our experience was good and we would recommend it.

Home away from home. 2 bed villa, clean and spacious. Felt like a family run villa complex always friendly and helpful. Used the infinity pool a lot more than our villa pool. Veg options limited for breakfast... However lots of fresh fruit daily. Out of the way from the hustle bustle of Central ubud. 15-20min walk to Central. Peaceful location. Unfortunately new giant build/hotel complex on the door step so lots of load banging during the day. Would certainty return again

Room type: Two-bedroom VillaAdvantages: The space is spacious and clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Lunch and dinner are provided even if you are too lazy to go out. The price is reasonable. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean, especially the public infinity pool. The staff are warm and friendly. There is a shuttle bus to Ubud Street.Disadvantages: The location is slightly remote, and the hot water for bathing is not very stable. There are two universal sockets, but one of them has no electricity. Although there is a TV, there are no programs to watch. Overall, it is still worth recommending, especially for the two-bedroom Villa, the price is comparable to the quality.

Extremely pleasant stay. The staff was always available and willing to help. The lodges are clean and tidy, and so is the swimming pool and the restaurant.The hotel is run by locals so this was an added value for us (you benefit the Balinese economy).The food was very very good.
